CPR Cell Phone Repair Lancaster reviews
15My phone stopped accepting charge on me Friday night and I couldn't do anything about it the next day due to work. The owner was so nice and came in on his day off to help me. My phone's battery had gotten damaged / died and he replaced it for me and made sure to double check to make sure that was my only issue! All on his day off, I'm so incredibly thankful! Absolutely go to them, they're quick and thorough.
One of the best customer experiences I ever had! They really make sure that you feel taken care of.
My Ps5 HDMI port was having serious problems so I dropped it off at CPR to get it repaired without even making an appointment. Staffers were all friendly and professional, they also informed me of their express package which of course had an extra fee, but was totally worth it because I came back to get my product in just a few hours! The Ps5 works as good as new! Thanks CPR for your assistance!
Issue with normal head phones thought it was port but no head phone wire instead. Got issue resolved. THANKS THANKS THANKS! E.
Above and beyond service. The owner replied to my phone call and came in and repaired my girlfriends samsung galaxy s21 fe on a day the store was CLOSED! Was in and out in ~30 minutes with a functioning phone at a very reasonable price. Very genuine and helpful personality. We will definitely be pointing others in his direction and we will be going back for any future repairs! THANK YOU CPR!
I was switching cell phone carriers from T Mobile/Sprint but my phone continued to say locked under Sprint. T Mobile/Sprint just kept giving me the run around and was no help. I gave up and went to CPR for help, the guys in there was so helpful and really took the time to listen to what I had been through with issues with my phone. I was 2 weeks without it. They worked really hard in getting my phone unlocked, it took a little longer but it was something that was out of their control. They were willing to drop it off to me, now that is great customer service. I highly recommend their services if you ever would need it.
Excellent service everyone was nice so nice and respectful and not to forget quick service will definitely recommend and will come again in the near future….
My screen got cracked. I came here to get my phone repaired. It was quick the people were very helpful. It took about an hour and a half. My phone is looking brand new again.
The store was pretty cool they had some video games and Pokémon cards which I thought was cool. The service was very good. I will be back again and I will recommend to all my friends. Thank you
This was, by far, the most enjoyable experience I've ever had with a cell phone repair. The repair was done in front of me and the technician was very knowledgeable and professional.
Went in with a spiderweb crack on iPhone 11. Fixed it in 1hr. Awesome job! Thank you! Will definitely be back with in the future.
Had no appointment, just walked in, got new back (lenses) and new screen protector in a little over 1 hour. Went for breakfast nearby, came back and it was ready. Friendly staff and decent price.
What a great staff, especially Chris who helped me with an older apple. I strongly recommend CPR for service and sales
I have an old i-phone 1st generation SE (2016). The battery life was over and the crew at CPR had the battery in stock, replaced it and I was up and running within an hour. Friendly staff; and they are experts at their trade. Highly recommend!
Absolute loved it here, my phone got fixed in about an hour and the staff was great. The prices are super affordable. I even got a free screen protector after they fixed my phone. I’m coming to CPR for all my repairs.
Great place and all the people working there were very nice. I felt comfortable leaving my phone with them and they fixed it perfectly. Thanks. P. S. -Best Buy recommended CPR to me when they had no one to fix my phone. Thanks to them for doing that, because they had a 2 week wait list. I dropped the phone at CPR about an hour before they closed on a Saturday and I picked it up the next business day!
