I was in and out within 30 minutes with a new battery. The gentleman that replaced it was very efficient and nice. It was a great experience.

The repair tech Kenny is knowledgeable and very nice. He fixed cracked screens on two of our families devices. If your kids are as hard on their devices as mine you will want to take them here. Prices are fair but the customer service is what makes this place better than the rest!

I searched for local stores and specifically stores unaffected by the quarantine. I decided I wanted to visit this place for my iPhone repair as soon as I made the phone call. The tech that answered the phone was so polite and helpful and answered all my questions. I needed my screen replaced and needed the battery serviced on my iPhone 7. He had the work done in under an hour and the phone looks (and functions) like it's brand new. The price was very reasonable and comes with a warranty, I feel it was worth every penny. The store was very clean and I felt welcome and respected as a customer. I'll definitely be back.

Diagnosed and repaired my Ipad in less than a day for less than $25.00. Apple wanted to charge me over $300. This is how business should be. Customer first with excellent customer service.

Good work quick and knowledgeable. Got my screen replaced in 45 mins. I have a small pick spot on my screen which is less than mildly annoying, but for the price it’s hard to actually complain.

Beyond spectacular. "Oh, let me check it under the microscope". REALLY? And updates. "appears to be taking power, waiting to see the battery level increase". And expertise. "no, we can't use pressurized air to clean, because it can force particles into the system". Got my phone back, restored to functional, and super-reasonable price. This level of service is a real rarity these days, unfortunately, and, CPR is the more valuable for that. Am I clear? Couldn't be better.well, if they offered chair massage while you wait.

Fantastic service at a very reasonable price. Was able to diagnosis the cause of my issue immediately and had the phone fixed in under a half hour. For those of us holding on to older smartphones because we are cheap this is the place to go to avoid sinking hundreds of dollars on a new phone.

I was unable to get my under warranty replacement screen protectors from Zagg online because they were out of stock. So they listed this shop to handle warranty items. The store is convenient to my other shopping. The personnel I dealt with took care of my needs for replacement screen covers for 2 of my phones.
He was pleasant had them done in no time. Would definitely use their service again.

My IPhone 6 sound issue was resolved in a speedy manner and I wasn’t charged for the service.

Note: Even the Apple store didn’t resolve my problem (and I waited hours there to get help).
