My phone was dropped as so many of us do in life. I went to CPR and they replaced my screen and I was able to pick up my repaired phone in 2 hours.
Their pricing was very fair, their staff professional. I will use their service
again should I need them.

I love the friendly, reliable staff. James is always a joy to talk to, both about whatever I've somehow managed to break and whatever random topics come to mind that helps me more than he probably knows manage my sometimes overwhelming anxiety and worrying. If life gives me lemons, I'd want the people here around to help me turn it into lemonade.

I have come to CRP Horsham several times for help with cellphones, my laptop, and other miscellaneous issues. Everyone that works there is not only friendly, but has been able to help me in the time period specified, and the staff knows their stuff because they have been able to answer all my questions about a variety of issues - if they don't know right away, they are able to figure it out!

I dropped my phone off 90 minutes before the store closed, it is a Note 8 that needed a new screen and LCD. The associate had my phone done minutes before closing and ensured me he would not leave until I arrived to pick it up. That kind of customer service is rare these days.

I had to get a new battery for my IPhone. It only took about an hour and was reasonably priced. The two men I dealt with were very helpful and nice.

I stopped in as my cell phone wasn't charging correctly. They cleaned the port for me in under 2 minutes and didn't charge me anything. Fast, friendly service. I highly recommend them to everyone.
