Well, gave you one more chance. And again, you failed. Got our order home only to find that you did not give us the Fried Apples that were to go with the Chicken Fried Steak order. The last four times we have ordered "To Go", you have missed giving us something. I think your time is up. It's really not that hard to double check an order before you hand it over to the customer. When will you learn.oh, that's right, you just don't care when it's Take Out.
Food was good, as usual, staff very friendly. Love coming here it always feels like mamas kitchen
Yum! So glad yo be able to eat in again. Food was good as always but disappointed to learn the vegetable of the day is gone.
With the exception of a dirty utensil in my packette, which they changed right away, and the Sprite had no soda syrup, which they also changed right away, it was great.okra, fried apples, REAL mashed potatoes with real gravy, and moist, tasty BIG pieces of meatloaf.it was as good as being home with no dishes to wash, lol!
Ordered Thanksgiving dinner pickup. Was not ready at designated time. Waited 20min. Looks like a good meal at a decent price.
Lobby was dirty. Gave me attitude when I asked if they had a product in the back that didn't have food on it. Prices on products are intentionally hidden. Bait and Switch is the backbone of their store.
I have used curbside pickup numerous times during COVID. Food is warm when I get home. Taste greats. Wonderful service. Kind, professional and prompt. Masks are always worn and worn correctly. I feel safe.
Eaten here a couple of times, mainly for soccer. Before playoffs every year we would have breakfast here. They never had a problem with the mass amount of orders. Overall a really friendly environment and good food. They also have the checkers (when there's no covid-19 of course) which is a big plus!
Good food and Sara was outstanding. Clear speech so I could understand her. Assisted with ideas for my order. Kid out front could have tried harder.

Staff extremely kind and order was accurate. Food was delicious and wait staff was kind and helpful.
The restaurant is in an odd spot and the GPS directions were sketchy. We order a pre made meal for Thanksgiving. Unfortunately, it was missing some items out of it when we got home. The restaurant staff staff were very helpful when we came to pick it up
Chicken fried chicken was fantastic and biscuits were great. Service was great. The food could have been a little warmer though.
