Cracker Barrel Old Country Store reviews
15More expensive now than pre-pandemic and less food served, but still tasty food. Nice atmosphere, great but pricey gift shop, beautiful huge wood burning fireplace and lots of antiques hanging from the ceiling and walls. If you are not a big eater, it is good place to eat.
I needed comfort food today and Cracker Barrell did not disappoint. Hot fluffy biscuits, chicken and dumplings, string beans and carrots. It was super busy but we joined the wait list while on our way and we were seated In 5 mintues.
Generally speaking these guys don’t disappoint, good food, good service. However, they took away the Jam N Bacon Burger which I was sad about…
Food was great as always, the server was very grouchy and was annoyed. I love the store but they were out of what I wanted.
It is nice they have a store inside the restaurant as you can browse around while you are waiting to be seated. We had a big party with 5 hungry children so the toys in the store entertained them. Very good portions for the price and our waitress was really nice. The food was good. The atmosphere inside felt really cozy.
I went in and while waiting used restroom wasn't busy but felt if restroom was as bad as I saw decided not to stay and dine.
Ain't what it used to be. May have been isolated to this location or this visit, but our server was missing in action for most of the time we were there.
Waitress was horrible! She would walk away while we was talking, wasn't nice, and she was unprofessional. Something was put on my receipt that shouldn't have and my pancakes that I ordered to go only had one pancake in the container when it is supposed to have three.
I food wasn't that great. Cornbread was hard as a rock. The pancakes and pot roast was good. I wouldn't go back.
When my wife and I went it was extremely busy. They sat us promptly, and provided excellent service. Our waitress Chey was without a doubt the best waitress we could have asked for. She didn't forget our dessert orders we mentioned in passing at the start of our meal, she saw our drinks were empty and brought exactly what we wanted, separated my wife's sides so they don't all mix into one and become gross. This a ove and beyond service is what makes people stand out, its why I'm writing this review. The food is good, it was hot and exactly what you want when your craving crackle barrel style food. But the waitress was top notch.
Food is simple and delicious. Really nice staff and fun things to buy in the shop. Perfect place to stop with or without children on a road trip. Come in with a group and they easily did separate checks. Very accommodating.
We went to the Cracker Barrel in Neshaminy right off the PA turnpike. We had about a 15 minute wait to be seated. The restaurant was very busy. I had a dinner meal, and my husband had a breakfast meal. Both our meals were delicious. I had enough to take some home.
The steak was deep fried it wasn't really good and plus it was greasy the mashed potatoes tasted funky it was okay.
My only suggestion.food is often served warm. I like my food served hot. Side portions are either over cooked and smaller portions. I had a server cater to other customers who were three or large groups at a table.
OMG. I love this place. I go to Cracker Barrel every time I get a chance. I had the Mommas Pancakes with bacon and egg whites. In addition, I also picked up my dinner for later which included Catfish and some veggies. You cannot go wrong this store. There is something for everyone.
We have one of them here in Tennessee just never gone to it I will now since I've been to that one hopefully this one here is just as good because dinner was excellent
