If I could give Craftsman’s Row a 6/5 I would! The inside during Christmas time is absolutely immaculate with all the decorations and just to sit inside is a treat! The food is absolutely fantastic - their list of burgers is unique and every single one we tried was delicious (I recommend the Thanksgiving Dinner and Mac Daddy). The drinks were some of the best Christmas cocktails I have ever seen - both in taste and display! My personal favorites were the St Nicks Milk and Cookies (sort of like a White Russian) and the Ornament-ini! They also have incredible milkshakes, definitely worth trying if you can. All around, an absolutely fantastic restaurant and bar - especially during the Christmas season! Don’t forget to make reservations early if you want to go during the weekend during the holidays as it gets very full!

Went here for birthday drinks and the food was amazing. Buffalo shrimp fries and Brussels sprouts were great. Drinks tasted awesome. Parking is convenient as well

OMG! The decor was so beautifully designed. The milk shakes, Santa's Cookies was awesome! I added a shot of vodka to it to make it an adult milkshake. It took me & my friend to finish it, saving the cookies for last of course. However, what I had to eat Loaded Buffalo Shrimp Fries could've been better. The shrimp looked like chicken strips ‍️but I was assured that's how they do their shrimp. Dont get me wrong, it tasted very good. It had the right amount of heat & blue chees that made me forget about the strips. Back to the ambiance. EXCELLENT I will return & try something different with another milkshake. This place brought out the kid in me

4 stars only because 20% gratuity automatically was added in the receipt even though our party had 3 people. Craftsman Row Saloon will not disappoint you if you looking for a festive atmosphere and cocktails but be prepared for a crowd and reserve your table in advance.

We had a blast on our very first visit to the Craftsman Row Saloon. A great happy hour, a fantastic creative cocktail menu, and great bar/pub food options. We will 100 be back. The folks sitting near us were great neighbors - if we'd had more time, I think we'd have become friends with them. We hope the holiday decor is NEVER taken down. It's so wonderfully festive in there, it truly raises your spirits!

This place is jammed packed during peak hours. The cheesesteak burger was hearty, fulfilling, and good. The youngings enjoyed their shakes. The French onion was just OK. Christmas decor was nicely decorated. Loaded fries were also good.

I ordered Gingerbread Margarita, S'more Than Good Milkshake, Buffalo Chicken Sandwich, Buffalo Wings and Fries. What i liked the most is their Buffalo Chicken sandwich which was very crispy and their Milkshake. This place is known for their Milkshake. I always go there for the Milkshake.

Really amazing burgers, food is fantastic and service is amazing. Price is as expected for the city. Overall about $50 a person with apps and drinks (alcoholic and their fabulous milkshakes). The Christmas burger changed my life fundamentally. I would 100% go back.

I ordered half of a cheese steak (so split the cheese steak 2 ways) and 2 $7 beers 1 $7.50 beer with my friend. An unfortunate situation, but my friend is allergic to sesame seeds, so he could not eat it. In this situation it is fair to charge me only for the half I ordered. They charged me for the whole thing, quoting "it isn't possible to split it", and charged me for 2 of the more expensive kind of beer.

They also have no happy hour and the food is mediocre, but not horrible.

Not a good service experience and nothing special enough with the food or drinks to come back.

Noel and his team did a great job getting us seated on a very busy football Sunday. Atmosphere is amazing and the place has great energy. Our server worked hard to keep our drinks topped off and the food was very good. Yes gratitude is added but that's spelled out and if you tip, as everyone should, that's not an issue.
This is a bar and they serve bar food, if you're looking for a gourmet meal there are a dozen restaurants in walking distance. If you want a fun experience go and enjoy!

If you're looking for an indulgent meal that's absolutely delicious, but you know you'll probably regret it later especially since your New Year's resolution included "eat healthier, " come here.

We ordered the following:
Dorito crusted mozzarella stick (yes, cheese pull)
Fried pickles (super crunchy & they used sour pickles!)
Donut Fried Chicken sandwich (there's two WHOLE donuts)
Cheesesteak burger (lots of meat!)
S'mores milkshake with vodka
Seasonal milkshake- All I want for Christmas with rum

Everything was absolutely delicious. Even though the sandwiches were a la carte, the amount of sandwich you receive is so insane the a la carte doesn't even matter. We had low expectations for the milkshakes bc creative milkshakes usually taste like ice cream machine sundaes (which have a place in the ice cream world), but these milkshakes had the perfect viscosity, were flavored nicely, and came with edible decor.

I'll definitely be back here.

Way over priced food was ok and that's being generous. We asked for ketchup 4 times we were missing a milkshake we asked 3 times it never came out and my wife's soda came at the end of lunch. Service horrible food came out all different times.

I was super excited to take my daughter and her friend to this place because my baby loves Christmas so much. I made a reservation for the only time slot they had at 3 pm. It turned out the reservation didn’t matter, they didn’t ask my name or anything. Sat us at the front which was freezing cold because the door was open almost the entire time with people waiting by the door and coming in and out smoking. I asked if we could move towards the back so we could see the Christmas things, but was told those tables were for parties of 4 or more. It’s a bar scene so, it was crowded and super loud. Our food came out at completely different times and it didn’t seem like the waitress was aware of our table since she rarely came back to see if we were good. When we got the first plate, we didn’t even have napkins or utensils yet. The food was overpriced for the quality and our milkshakes that had the cereal around it was so stale, literally stale cereal for $17 milkshakes! They add the tip already in the bill. My bill was $169 for the 3 of us! Idk that’s a lot for me just for a burger and milkshake for us 3. I will say that I kept a smiling face on for my kid and she loved seeing all the Christmas decor and taking pictures of the cool Milkshakes. All in all she thinks we had a great time and loved it but I was so disappointed

I went for their Christmas special for the Christmas milkshakes and their festive cocktails. The atmosphere is great, they go over the top with decorations and have festive music. Everyone there was so friendly. Only downside was how busy it was and impossible to get a seat anywhere. The drinks were absolutely delicious and great creativity went into them. Super cute place would definitely come back.

I heard good things about this place from a friend and after checking out their Instagram I was super excited to try it out. Unfortunately, this place was super disappointing.

First off, the service is subpar. We sat down and was immediately asked if we wanted drinks besides water and we had barely looked at the menu. The waitress said she'd come back in a few mins. After about 20 mins of waiting (and deciding on all our drinks and food items.) she finally came back. She asked if it was okay if the appetizer came out with our meals, which I guess we didn't mind but that's kinda weird as that's not usually how appetizers work, but whatever ‍

The food was horrible. Honestly, I think you can get a better burger at McDonald's. The mozz sticks with the Doritos coating had zero flavor which is super confusing. The chicken sandwich had literally zero taste as there was no sauce on it. The Mac and Cheese was okay, super creamy but nothing special. I was going to order a milkshake, but after spending $18 on a burger that didn't come with any sides, I didn't want to then spend another $16-$17 on a milkshake. They look good, but unfortunately I won't be returning to find out if they are.

I am honestly very confused about the hype of this place. Maybe you could come for drinks and a milkshake, but I'd skip the food all together.

Also, beware of the automatic 20% gratuity. Pretty sure this is why the service is lacking. They already know they're getting a tip, so no need to try so hard.

The only saving grace this place had was it's decorations for the Christmas season. Beautiful! However, that's all I got. There are so many better places in the city I'd rather spend my money at.

We visited Philadelphia over new years weekend and were so excited to go to Craftsman for the decor and milkshakes!

The decor is beautiful and the Christmas music makes it charming but the food is mediocre at best and overpriced for what it is. We had burgers, sweet potato fries and a salad and none of our meals were great. They automatically add a 20% gratuity onto your bill and the service was poor. The food was cold, the waitress forgot about us for a while, the drinks weren’t shaken or made with attention to detail. Also, the washrooms are not clean and overall cleanliness of the restaurant is poor.

All in all, the decor is nice but would not recommend this restaurant.

Came here because of the wonderful
decorations and atmosphere. We sat at the bar and it had a wonderful ambiance. Drinks and servers were good, festive, and we got The Doritos mozzarella sticks. We had a great time until the bill came. What was advertised on the menu was supposedly the wrong prices (up to $2 difference per item on cocktails and appetizer) and gratuity was 20% for every bill, no matter how many in company. We discussed with our bartender the problem with the prices being different than the menu and it sounded like prices are just changed on a whim. The difference was 10% of the bill, so it left a bad taste. Even after he discussed with the manager and adjusted our bill, it was still overpriced by $3 but we didn’t want to bring it up anymore. Just an FYI, watch out for overcharging compared to the menu prices.

The milkshake was good when it finally came, service was a bit slow and forgetful during lunch. They forgot our appetizers which came after our meals. Some items on the menu are great, others are hit or miss in my opinion. I wanted to try the gobbler which wasn't good. The mozzarella sticks that came later saved the day. Cool place though, no knock there. Make sure you reserve online, they're always pretty full.

Beautiful Christmas decor (pop-up for xmas) but it's cold inside (from entrance to the rear) due to the type of entryway.

Got a couple of appetizers and some Christmas drinks. The apps were good and the drinks were tasty. The place was decorated for Christmas and it was well done. The bar area was packed. I would recommend getting reservations and checking this place out even if it’s just for the seasonal drinks.
