Craig Cimino's Southampton Collision

I got a 2020 ram 1500 classic they did. Got into a minor accident in early June they did a fantastic job. I got aftermarket bumpers, head and taillights, a grill, and cargo light. They struggled a little bit with the wiring but figured it out and did a terrific job i couldn’t be more happy. Amazing price too please check them out from anything from simple body work or specialty stuff.

Southampton Collision's estimate was inclusive, fair and their work was timely and perfectly done. My minivan was hit by a truck and needed body work. From the moment i pulled up they made me feel like I was in excellent hands whether i got the work done there or not. The side of my car had a scrape.or so i thought. Before even giving me an estimate Jeff took a special cleaner and wiped down the side. It was largely white residue. They could have charged so much more and i would never have known. Honesty goes a long way in the auto repair industry. Add fairness, efficiency and attention to detail and you have Southampton Collision. Just cannot say enough good things about this shop hidden back on Gravel Road. Highly recommend!

Five Stars all the way for Mark and the crew at Craig Cimino's! The process was seamless from estimate to repair to completion. Mark worked with me directly as the insurance company, I won't mention the name but if they spent less on NFL players and more on customer service and estimators they would get a good review too but sadly the will not! Mark kept me up to date as the work progressed and finished a day earlier than promised! As great as the work is I hope not to use their services again, but will not hesitate to return if needed!
