Dr Landow is not only a skilled and professional physician, but also has a great personality. He sincerely listens / responds to his patients respecting their thoughts and he is always receptive to discussing a variety of topics.

Dr.asked lots of questions and addressed all of my thoughts and concerns. We have a plan of action.

Very well organized team work. The receptionist was polite and friendly. The nurse, Lisa was pleasant and easy to talk to, knew her job and carried out her duties well. Dr Landow was professional and spoke to my level when discussing his findings with me.

I was at the office to see Dr. Landow, the place was clean and well staffed. The receiving clerk was very friendly and knowledgeable. The waiting time was minimal. The nurse called my name after prior necessary lab work put me in the exam room, more test fifollowed and the doctor came in he was very friendly, professional, he politely great me and continued with questions pertaining to the visit and he took his time to examine me. He wrote my future lab work for my future visit and took me to the scheduling person himself and wished me the best. All necessary papers with future doctor's visit and requested labs were given to me and the clerk politely show me the exit.
I wish that all my other doctor's visit was like this one.

I have to have cystoscopies done quarterly and, although it's not the most comfortable feeling in the world, I always feel at ease with Dr. Landow, Lisa and Diane. They're a lot of fun!
