He is very attentive and is always ready to answer any questions, with no hesitation and, just puts me at ease, which I love, especially during those most difficult procedures. He doesn't make me feel nervous or create any anxiety whatsoever before any of my procedures. Also, ALL of the office staff are so nice and warm, and welcoming and will make you feel right at home.
