Cranberry Oral Surgery: Dr. Jeffrey R. Hitchan, DMD, Cranberry Twp PA

We brought our 9 year old daughter in yesterday. They fit her in on an emergency when she split a baby tooth and it needed removed. Our daughter was very scared and emotional but the staff at COS couldn't have been nicer to her. They sat, talked and held hands with her, even when she was crying. They made the process go so smooth and we felt that they really did care about her and how scared she was. The patient care and attention was the single best experience I have ever had with my daughter. Dr. Hitchan even called last night to make sure she was OK. First rate patient care and I HIGHLY recommend ANYONE who needs the services COS provides, to use them, especially if they have a child.

I do not hesitate to give a HIGH recommendation for Dr. Hitchan and his staff. My recent dental procedure there could not have been handled - even during COVID-19 times - in a more caring and professional manner. Most importantly with great results! I was pain-free less than four days after a pretty invasive procedure. This is now my family's Oral Surgery Specialist.

I went there to have a broken tooth pulled. I had an appointment, but they got me in weeks earlier because I was in pain. Everyone was very friendly, and the tooth pulling was only mildly uncomfortable. A great experience.

I will start by saying this - if you're searching for an oral surgeon, halt your search right away and call Dr. Hitchan's office, immediately. I have truly never met a more personable, caring, attentive, doctor in my life (and I've had to see many throughout my time so far) and the same is said for the wonderful professionals that work with him. I, like many, have terrible dental anxiety - that was almost reduced to none simply by how caring every single person I interacted with was and how attentive to this concern Dr. Hitchan is (I had no time to panic as I was checked in on so frequent.) This is all capped off by the coziest, welcoming - yet modern medical office setting I've ever been in; from the lighting to the home like warmth of the flooring, walls, etc. - there is no missing detail when it comes to making their patients feel completely at ease, which is exactly how I felt. My entire experience at Cranberry Oral Surgery cannot be done justice by this review as that's how extraordinary it was. I am genuinely sad I may never interact with them again and that should speak volumes to why you should reach out to them if you are in need of treatment.

My dentist sent me to Dr. Hitchan to have a tooth extracted and I had an amazing overall experience. From the short time during the procedure which was also quite painless to the follow up call later in the evening. I will definitely be a regular there when I need to have things done my dentist can't do.

Everyone there was so incredibly nice i almost didn’t want to leave. They do a great job here and the office interior is super nice and comfortable feeling. I don’t usually review unless it’s worth it.

I wouldn't go anywhere else. Dr. Hitchens and his staff are experts in their field and actually listen to their patients. Their manner is kind and relaxed, which is certainly reassuring when you need to have an oral surgery procedure. They will also take the time answer questions and educate you on what is needed and how it will be done. That is, if you actually want to know. I am sure many others would prefer to know less.
Dr. Hitchens is efficient in performing operations, which is greatly appreciated by me when someone is working in my mouth. His calm, yet confident approach is just what is needed. His office staff is polite, professional and personable. As is his assistant, Kayla, who is good at keeping a positive environment, answering questions and engaging in conversation to relieve the stress of an impending tooth extraction.
If you need to see an oral surgeon. You need to see Dr. Hitchens.

I can only assume by the 5 star rating that the Surgeon/s are wonderful.however, every time i call I get a voicemail to leave a message. When the lady called me back to schedule an appointment she was very RUDE. Sorry to bother you mam, half of my tooth is broken and pain is shooting into my jaw.but I hope you have a wonderful day! Never in my life would I suggest someone deal with their front office people. Zero-Stars

Dr. Hitchan and his staff are "FANTASTIC". I am consistently impressed. Office is clean and modern. All the equipment looks new and high-tech. Dr. Hitchan is a master of his trade and a really nice guy you can talk to. The staff is super friendly and easy to work with and talk to. This is where you need to go, you won't be disappointed!

I was recommended to Dr. Hitchen by one of my employees and I am thankful for that - what a great experience! The atmosphere is comforting as soon as you walk in and are greeted by the front staff. Everyone was warm and genuine and treated you like a person not an interruption. The actual extraction I was there for was quick and smooth and I felt nothing. Dr. Hitchen walkes me through every step so I was always aware of what was happening. I recommend this office to anyone and everyone.
