My therapist, Alison Brant, moved to this practice. It is far away for me but there is no way I would leave my therapist was and is absolutely vital in my ongoing recovery from the darkest days of my life.
I’m kind of shocked to see all the terrible reviews.
I haven’t been in to the office because of COVID-19, but have had telephone conferences with her. I certainly understand therapists not wanting to meet in person. No one should have to take a risk that is isn’t absolutely necessary. There are far, far too many people not taking this world pandemic as seriously as they should. If everyone we’re just follow the rules, we can have minimal precautions and every business can open to 100%, but not until then.
Speaking with Ms Brant on the phone has been just fine.
I have spoken to the receptionist, most recently today. I called the main number and the receptionist was very nice and took my new insurance information herself instead of having me call another number… Switch me to another line… I really like that she did this for me.

From the first phone call trying to make an appointment to the final call to check on our upcoming appointment this place is a disaster. The receptionist fumbles with all answers & has a rude tone to her voice at all times. We had to wait over 2 1/2 for an appointment for someone in our family that is depressed and high anxiety issues. Called today and receptionist couldnt find his name for an appointment that was to happen today, finds it finally but he is not on the schedule for his noon appointment but she will call the doctor and see if she can get him in at 2: 00. Then proceeds to tell me that due to the pandemic that the doctor will only do a phone session. Of course, we canceled. And I am appalled that the mental health doctors that have one on one sessions and can use precautions are not working when we have doctors and nurses on the front line working with patients. This is the time that mental health doctors are most needed.
