Ryan was extremely courteous and helpful! The entire staff were all extremely friendly, productive and helpful in getting my car fixed before my baby arrives, after someone hit me. They were all very friendly with my toddler who had to accompany me as well. They even helped me arrange the rental the insurance provided. The repair was perfect, paint matched exact and my SUV looks great again!

The information I was provided with by the insurance adjuster included a top rating with this business. There are shops closer to me but I went with the ratings. From the moment I walked in the door I was made to feel appreciated. I was greeted with a handshake, and a courteous "Thank you" for choosing them to perform my repairs. I was provided with comprehensive details of the damage and a logistical timeline taking into account for part availability. They were also involved with the rental company for my temporary transportation making sure I was covered down to my vehicle request. The repairs were done on time/early and appear flawless. I was kept up to date continually, and everything went off without a hitch. I would recommend this business to everybody who needs work done.

I was rear ended and my insurance company gave me the name of Crash Champions as an option for the repairs. I checked the reviews and they were really great. I just picked up my car and let me tell you, people were right. I mainly dealt with Ryan and Amy. They were both so helpful and kind and went out of their way to get me information. I got regular updates via text to let me know what was going on with my car and they even finished a day early! I hope that I never have to use them again, but if I ever have damage to my vehicle again, Crash Champions of Maxatawny is the only place that I am going to go!

Took my vehicle here to get some body work done after a hit and run incident. They handled the claim with my insurance flawlessly. My vehicle went in filthy and needing repair. It came out looking like a brand new truck off the showroom floor.

When our car was hit on the highway, instantly I was worried about all the work that would entail, and the headaches to come along with it. Using my insurance I was able to select a partnering shop, Crash Champions had the highest reviews and I went with them. That turned out to be the right decision!

From the minute I stopped by for an appraisal, Cody was super helpful in explaining the process and answering all my questions. We set up an appointment and in a few weeks we got our car in (we did it over winter break to avoid a rental).

I dropped off the car and from that point I got text updates, and the car was finished on time as promised. I also dealt with Amy from a customer service perspective, she was very friendly and helpful as well.

The repairs were great, and the car looks new, as if nothing happened (they left it clean on the inside and outside, I believe the exterior was detailed). That may be standard with repairs, not sure, but I was thankful for it.
