We just moved in my family is thrilled with our newly renovated unit. The manager Ezzi was warm and welcoming. We have new cabinets and our own washer/dryer (my first one ever). Highly recommend this beautiful community! Cheers!

The office is completely non responsive. Can't get ahold of anyone. Almost 1400 dollars for a one bedroom apartment that's infested with bugs and we've been here 2 yrs. Nothing has been done. The state needs to check this place out.

Building smells horrible inside the halls and in the actual apartments. Roaches and mice ALL over the place literally we complain and nothing is ever done, we haven’t seen an exterminator in over 6 months maybe even longer. Leaking through the ceiling which caused mold, all they do is dig it out and patch it up. This building is a HUGE safety hazard and the state needs to really come look at this place and who runs it. They are more focused on changing what it looks like on the outside and the halls than the real problems like the mice roaches and mold. 0 stars.

Management is unresponsive. Maintenance is almost nonexistent. They do not address concerns in a timely manner. They are currently getting work done on the building, the workers turn off peoples water whenever the feel the need, without any notice or regard for the tenants. They have turned the building into a construction zone without communicating what is going on or when it will be over with tenants.

This is a great place to live the maintenance is good Jennifer Smith the property manager is a great person she's very helpful with everything I need she a great manager

This place is terrible! Half of th amenities you have to pay for don’t work, it’s infested, it’s no safety because the doors are always broke or just don’t lock! This place is pitiful the hallway’s look like something out of a old project building

The best experience I've had so far in apartment hunting. They were so quick to get back to us and kept the process simple. Jennifer was super helpful and kind and answered all of our first time renter questions. Great place to look into!

Horrible place to live bugs and mice all over. Air conditioner has not been working over a year this is not good for the senior citizens and/ or handicap people. The elevator stop working all the time

Jennifer is a wonderful property manager! The process was quick and easy, Jennifer answered all questions and was 100% transparent making this an amazing first apartment experience. Any apartment issues were fixed immediately, and I am very happy with my decision to move here!

This building looks condemned. It’s not fit for anyone to live in. None of the tenants rent money is going into this building. License and inspection need to shut it down. A total disgrace. Most of the windows have card board or broken windows. Doors busted in not locked. A mess.
