I wish someone had a good reason for my internet to not be working for months on end! I finally called customer service and they let me know you’re THROTTLING AT ANY TIME! Why was I paying $60 for unlimited data when I pay my bill and it still doesn’t work? Get a new phone they said. I went ahead and did that but went to Boost, now I’m saving money and my phone actually works. I appreciate the guys in store because they’re just trying to make a living but Cricket you’ve gone downhill significantly and whoever owns this franchise needs to step up and take care of the actual store itself, it’s not fair for your employees to be breathing in the black mold.
