Do not go to this store, charged my friend for a sim card that should already be with the new phone and said he would give him a phone case and screen protector for nothing but yet went behind his back and still charged him for it. This cricket store is a joke.
I've had more then one issue with my phone (some of which were my own fault) and everyone here is always patience and extremely kind. Great people here! Oh and the issues have always been resolved successfully! Thank you again
My phone was overheating, I have insurance on it, they looked at and showed me how to make a claim. And now I have an Upgraded phone. The guys there are very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I've had Cricket for 7 years now i will recommend Cricket and the insurance company to anyone. They are professional and I have no complaints.
