Love the (Mido) cashier’s hospitality when I ordered! I even got a lollipop. Made my day! Ordered chicken tenders with fries and Fanta. Warm and crispy alright— seasoning is decent: not too bland not too salty. No long wait.

Awesome little chicken shop despite the reviews. Never heard of it but stopped for dinner on our way out of the mall, I got popcorn chicken and my fiancee got the tenders. Took a bit because it was just one dude doing everything with a few orders ahead of us but he was friendly and productive and gave a heads up. Food came out piping hot and perfectly seasoned. Good portions of large pieces and tastes better than fast food chicken but maybe the same oil as the fish? Was a bit pricey for a food court, but in this economy, with Auntie Anne's charging $7 for a bottle of soda next door? Definitely going back.

I can assure you I never will again.
I ordered the chicken tenders 3 piece and fries, comes to like 12.00 no big deal.
Told him I would be back in 15 minutes.
Come back grab my food and open the box and the chicken looked so dried out.
It was tough to bite through.
Also it looked like he overcooked them because the fries were brown not golden color and they were soggy from retaining too much oil while frying
I was starving so I tried to eat one piece
and instantly regretted it.
So I go back and explain to the man why I would just like my money back
No hard feelings.
This man really was trying to calculate how much to charge me for the ONE tender my throat is still upset with me for trying to eat.
He actually only gave me a 10.00 bill back.
He also didn't like it too much when I politely told him he is overcooking the food.
He treated me like I was trying to get away with something and I started to feel uncomfortable with how the whole situation played out.
He took it personal.
As he should have because he overcooked my food and ruined it.

The mall itself is a little lame, like a big flea market. But this dudes chicken and his friendliness has gotten my respect! Dude was super nice and accommodating to my young kids. Very patient. Made a rather hectic day and ordering process a little more relaxed. Im thankful for that. Fries were spectacular too.

Fish was kinda tasteless. Little seasoning in the coating, and the only condiment they had on the counter was ketchup. Fries were all right. The place was kind of understaffed, and the atmosphere is terrible (not really their fault that they're in the food court of Monroeville Mall, which is a big echo chamber).

Chicken was over cooked and dry and hush puppies tasted old. The food used to be good here. I don’t know what happened. Smh

The food is a no no no no noooo!
The ranch is hidden valley ranch not even home made.
The fries are just a nasty the chicken fingers were soooo burnt and hard I could never.popcorn chicken is chicken nuggets go McDonald’s it’s better.

Let start off how I was told the food was going take 15min. That should have been a red flag but I figured give it a try. I asked for kids popcorn chicken and I received chicken nuggets. Like what the heck! Then asked why he didn’t tell me they were out popcorn chicken and it was only chicken nuggets, if I woulda knew this I would have gotten chicken tenders. My friend ended up ordering chicken tenders and told me to taste her food. The chicken tenders were hard and like rubbery the fries were horrible too! This place use to be good and all of a sudden it went down hill fast!

The workers were nice, but it took 15 minutes for them to make my food. They told me this after I paid, but should have told me first. The food tasted good, but the wings had no meat on them.

The manager cooked my food without clean gloves on, or any for that fact.
Asked for a refund, was yelled at and denied. I watched him not wash his hands.
He did not have a name tag on, yet claimed to be the manager. My food was unsafe and i threw it away.
He wouldn’t give it to me at first.
He was rude, gross and unprofessional.
He would not refund my money.
Health department should check out this place.
I will never go to your establishment again. Terrible experience I wish i could rate you -10 stars…

Your company doesn’t supply a number to send complaints, or address them.
This employee does what ever he wants at this establishment- might want to check his entitlement.

So much for customer service.

The manager is disgusting he handed out my food to a couple who I watch open up my boxes and the manager bought them the correct order took the bag and placed it on the counter and the girl called my number and tried to give me the food I saw him get from the couple at the table I made the girl bring him from the back and told him I don't want the food if he's not remaking it which he said he wasn't remaking it as he took the food to the back to give to the next order disgusting I work in a restaurant and once the food leaves the kitchen u make new food! Which I know he knows better but quite frankly didn't care! I ate here two to three times a week I will not be back! To top it all off the manager wanted to argue with me so I made sure the whole food court heard what the problem was!
