One day in mid-March 2023, I approached Bryce and mentioned to him that my wife and I were looking to change insurance providers for our home and auto insurance. Shortly after that I sent Bryce my current policies and within a few hours Bryce emailed me some questions to make sure he had all the information he needed. Once I responded it was only a short time later that Bryce emailed me back with a summary of his recommendations. Bryce and I then set up a time to go over our options in detail and during that meeting I was impressed by Bryce’s knowledge and integrity. I never once felt like Bryce was trying to be the salesman and he quickly settled into the role of a trusted advisor. Bryce pointed out and explained to me how our home insurance with our previous provider was severely lacking and what he recommended to improve it. At the end of the day, we were able to obtain the right balance between cost and coverage. From that point Bryce was a true professional in helping us with the logistics of setting up our new policies and cancelling our old ones. If you are looking for a new insurance provider I highly recommend Bryce and Cronk Insurance.

The most important thing to me when doing business with a company is customer service. I can honestly say Cronk insurance is tops when it comes to that.
