4My daughter rented a place here for a year upon moving in the apartment was filthy and she was told by the apartment manager it would be cleaned, that did not happen we bought cleaning supplies and cleaned the day she moved in, the apartment door never locked properly and apartment manager was notified several times and it was never fixed, they do not maintenance these apartments pipes under her sink were held together by tape, the halls smelled of weed every time we visited. After being there for about 10 months a letter was sent out to inform tenants of lead being in the paint.
This place is deceiving. It appears to be a great place when you first move in. The manager appears friendly and inviting, don't let that fool you. Just a little advice.
Not worth it. Horrible place! Isn't up to code, the land lady is nice at first but when ur lease is about up she is like a different person, and lies. Not worth $700+electric.
My daughters first apartment! I felt SAFE with her living here! Nice and clean! Needs repairs done but the land lady will get it done
