I joined CrossFit Montco this January. Over the past 5+ months I feel and look stronger. Everyone is so welcoming, supportive and nice. The workouts are challenging and fun. For me personally, I love how conveniently close it is and I really like the people and trainers. I am so happy that I joined and look forward to getting stronger and learning more!

I am so glad I came across MontCo CrossFit. This is my first time trying CrossFit. I have looked around and MontCo seemed like a great place. Everyone here is friendly, caring, and willing to go out to make me feel part of the community. Coaches are simply fantastic.

For first timers, please don’t let the word “CrossFit” deter you. Every workout is scalable to your fitness level and coaches will make sure that you are comfortable with each and every workout. So happy to be part of this box (simply gym in CrossFit world).

I highly recommend CrossFit MontCo to anyone looking to join CrossFit! The coaches are knowledgeable, skilled, and passionate about helping each member push themselves and achieve their fitness goals. Whether you are new to CrossFit or have experience, you can scale each workout to safely and efficiently work on each movement.
