We decided to try the flights of wines (white, red and sweet). The wines weren’t that good, maybe only that these ones that were dedicated for the flights. The only one was actually pretty good was the Cabernet Sauvignon which had a rich woody and crisp fruity flavor. Their Merlot has an interesting crispy taste. The service was good, just the product we tried wasn’t the greatest.

The food was great and the service for the food was great. The introduction to the facility was cold and impersonal. The reality was that they use the internet and app based tools to order. The atmosphere was outstanding and highly reccommend the place. We enjoyed the wine that we had. I really enjoyed the food options! They have beautiful spaces and allow you to bring in outside food.

I photographed Sarah and Jonathan’s wedding beautiful end of summer wedding here at Crossing Vineyards Winery. One of my favorite places to document weddings because of its beautiful grounds and gorgeous sunset views. Highly recommended.

Clean place, few good wines, not good wine tasting experience, nice place, not so friendly staff, they take reservations overall not so good experience.

It’s a pretty estate/building and the live music was nice, but the wine was mediocre. We came here to taste wine and learn about the vineyard, but was provided no info about anything other than a menu to order off of; which didn’t have any info except a name and a price.

Arrived around 1: 30 on a Saturday. We were the youngest people in the bar area. Got the assorted flight which wasn’t terrible but got no information on the wine, grapes used, flavors or anything. Tried using the site they have for ordering but again no information. Maybe the tour gives you more info? What I’m saying is to sign up for the tour and bring your parents.

I didn’t visit but I tried the chocolate Cherry truffle from wine and spirits and didn’t like it. I was hoping for something similar to Naylor vineyards Chocolate Cherry wine that I tried right before they closed but this was not it for me. My husband said it tasted sweet but to me it was
Tart and unpleasant. It is pretty strong at 16% abv and I don’t know how that compares so maybe it’s because it’s so strong that it’s not my cup of tea.

Very nice and clean winery, BUT, I would not recommend to book a private tasting. It was astronomically expensive for the type of food that was served. A plain salad with half of a hard bread with a piece of mozzarella and tomato (Far from being a Caprese sandwich), and the other half was a wrap with lettuce with canned chicken, and monster cheese. You would expect some olives, a nice cheese, and a couple of nice charcuterie meats at least, but that never happened. Then, the tasting felt like a lecture. We were all women in their 40’s/50’s trying to have fun and the guy was constantly nagging and then saying he was just kidding. I even moved to next to a friend to chat on the other side of the table and the guy asked me to go back to my seat. Nah! Not worth it at all!

Excellent wine and even better conversation. I’ve been to hundreds of vineyards and was blown away by the quality of the wine here. But better yet was the conversation with the owner Tom. He really makes visiting the Vinyard an amazing experience. Very warm and welcoming. Tom, I sill have yet to eat at Basilios….

We attended a private event at Crossing Vineyards and Winery and were very impressed with the food, service, and facility. We also enjoyed our wine tasting session.

We visited this winery and so enjoyed the wine. Last night we opened the the dessert wine chocolate cherry truffle. Let me say it is dessert. The best dessert wine ever. Not too sweet just smooth and delicious

Visiting this winery was a spur of a moment thing. We are truly glad that we did enter and tried their products. But there was two sides of this coin.

Your experience depends on your plan.

My experience On one side, we visited with children. My children (3) ages range from age 3 to 18. The menu did not offer much of selection for children. Chocolate truffle box and chocolate bar & a bag of chip. The drinks were water or soda. On the other side, the adults had a few selections of riesling and cabernet paired with gear cheese and a pretzel. We took many photos and the children played without interrupting any function or guest. We will probably return

Beautiful building and landscaping. Very friendly staff and owner. It is one of two wineries where I liked every wine I tasted. I have been to more than twenty other wineries. The only downside is they select the wines for the wine tasting. But, they have 26 different wines and they select 2-4 from each wine group. I was very pleased with the wines they selected and the order of the pouring, so not sure if that is a negative. Also their chocolate cherry truffle wine is a must to taste. Definitely worth the two hour trip to get there.

Meh. I should have known to turn around when the staff ignored us when we came in and hung around the lobby uncomfortably.

That may be harsh but for the price they charge for a little plastic cup of wine I'd expect far better service. The place is nice enough. Very clean. We sat as far away as possible as there was a wedding shower or something going on upstairs and we didn't really want to hear it.

Instead, about 5 minutes after we sat down a small group of snotties sat at a nearby table and loudly told stories about all their properties in whichever states and their fancy cars and blah, blah, blah. Even the people at the table next to us rolled their eyes, choked down their overpriced plastic cup of wine and left. And considering the hostess said nothing it was clear we wouldn't be able to enjoy our overpriced plastic cup of wine so we took off too.

Nice clean place, with a clean crowd! Although I’m not a very big wine drinker, They have some very tasty wine! Would give 5/5 however, as a first-timer it’s extremely confusing. The wine tasting was in a separate area aside from the “dine-in” guest’s. Which makes it extremely confusing when the staff at the desk just points. The staff could have been more accommodating. After returning the desk confused for the 3rd time, i asked to be shown where to go. Not a huge deal, just left a bad taste in my mouth because it’s such a nice facility!

Would likely return & would still recommend!

Extremely disappointed in the lack of empathy this Winery has. We were scheduled to come on Saturday for a friends "Bachelorette Party", the bride to be tested positive for Covid the day before we were supposed to attend, and they had no compassion for this and would not even allow us to reschedule or get a refund. I did not get a chance to visit the winery but at this point, I never will. I did not even want to give one star!

I took my daughter for her birthday today! It was lovely! We tasted 10 wines, got a large Bavarian pretzel, and a glorious peppercorn guda cheese. The service was excellent! Our wine server explained in detail about ever wine we tasted! I would definitely recommend a visit if you like trying different wines!

Excellent Vineyard and Winery. My 1st experience ever at one and this far exceeded my expectations. The level of customer service from our server to the owner greeting us and talking to us and making us feel like family was amazing. Highly recommend the lunch with 10 wine tasting. Excellent selections. We even purchased a whole case and we only drink wine occasionally. Help support your local great establishments and trust me, we will be back. Keep up the great work Tom.
