5I'm happy with all of your staff. I get along with everyone who works there. The only problems I have is with some of the patients. I've noticed when some of them arrive for their appointments, they show up early, then expect to be seen in the order they came. While others show up on or just before their appointed time. And find out they are behind people who have later appointments, but because they came in front of your time. They are ahead of you. I've seen this happen too often. I believe unless you are late, your appointment time should be honored. I always read any posted signs in your facility. I see the mask is effect. Yet dispite signs stating everyone must ware a mask, people continue to ignore this. Even when a box of new masks are made available for all. It's not my place to point this out, but there's a good deal of us who are at greater risk of not surviving if catching covid. I can't think of any reason not to have enough respect of others to put a mask on. I hope this doesn't seem as if I'm not happy for all the help and direction received from your program. I believe that these are small problems. Thanks for giving me the opportunity to address these.
I feel like they are concern abt me and my issues. Never been judgmental. The behave real professionally. I feel comfortable with my doctor and those who I been in contact with.
I love how the staff is so compassionate and treats you like a person and not like some low life junkie. I look forward going every month to see them. They are so understanding
At first sight, crossroads revamped a very slow moving, crowded, unorganized company. The treatment center concept behind it is wonderful, however, they never schedule you with the same Dr twice. Meaning, you build NO relationship with whom is prescribing your medications every month. They keep Drs that disrespect and degrade patients, but fired the best Dr they ever had; over money! Not satisfied even slightly by this company anymore. Will be transferring to my therapists company for further treatment.
Crossroads has changed my life! Been in the program for 3 years now and my life has never been so good.
Every doctor I’ve seen genuinely care about you but at the same time don’t push things on you.
