I am new and not been to the center yet, but the Peer Support counselors and the doctors I have seen on zoom have all been excellent so far

I was dismissed from here a year ago and told I must complete inpatient treatment if I wanted to return, which I did and got my sublocade shot in rehab by Dr. Lim which also works for crossroads Greensburg. Had a zoom appointment and was thrown out of zoom appointment. I called and was told they needed to see if I was allowed back, and they'd call me back. I just need a bridge prescription until Dr Lim gives me my 2nd shot at the Greensburg location which I told them when I scheduled my appointments.

The wait times r sometimes long depending on the Dr. But the nurses r very nice as long as ur respectful to them. Remember it's not the nurses fault if the Dr is running late. Been going there for 3 years now. I go to the McKeesport one and gen tho I live in Greensburg cuz of the nurses.

I normally like that office but the doctors have been late or slow and it causes everything else to be a mess plus the doctor did not show to my appointment sent a nurse and the nurse prescribe my medicine which was name brand because I cannot take the generic version and even though the doctor never seen me or discussed with me she went and changed my prescription I don't want to see that doctor ever never even met her but I definitely don't want to now when she thinks it's okay to not show up to the appointment and then change with the nurse practitioner did that makes no sense I cannot take the generic it's in my chart multiple times there needs to be less patience and more doctors

First I want to thank you for having such a GREAT program. Crossroads has helped me get my life back. After a doctor wrote a prescription for 25 yrs. I never thought I'd ever be able to wake up and start my day without taking prescription medication to function. With the push and tough love from my fiancee and Crossroads I now get up and go about my day. It's the best feeling. I have to thank NIKKI, TIM and BRIAN these people have gone out of their way to help. I only know their voices but they have always gone out of their way over the phone to help! I also want to thank the ladies and Dr Emily @Crossroads of Mckeesport, Pa. My appointment @Mckeesport went great and I can't thank them enough! Instead of judging they were so supported and reassured me THAT I CAN DO IT and I am. Thank you all!

I had a wonderful dr and missed an appt one time and had to see a new dr and got taken down to weekly. By a dr that didn't have any idea what is going on with me or anything! People like consistency, I was supposed to be back in with my normal dr and that was not the case!

My last appointment with Dr drago at the McKeesport facility was a dreadfully horrible ordeal i was basically interrogated accused of being a liar threatened with expulsion from treatment, made to feel fearful of making the slightest mistake let alone relapse! It was a major trigger for my anxiety and depression which are in turn major triggers which normally cause me to relapse there was no compassion or understanding which is vital for a stable recovery! Dr drago basically showed no understanding or knowledge of the responsible and professional manner in which to provide essential care to someone trying to seek help and maintain a stress free recovery, her conduct was more suitable for someone in a criminally court ordered program requiring punishment and not a voluntary treatment facility for people who are just trying to reach out for help and compassion in a friendly stress free environment!

My doctor and Adriane are some of the most amazing people I’ve ever met in my life. They’re understanding and make you feel human. This place changed my life and I would definitely recommend if you’re serious and nothing else has seemed to work.

I have been going to the clinic in McKeesport for 2 1/2 years and wouldn't think about going to another facility! Everyone treats you like a human being and not just another addict and I have recommended the place to others!

Everyone's so nice at the Mckeesport office. They try hard to get you in at your appointment time. My doctor is great. She thorough and quick. If you want to change your life and stay clean this program is great.

I enjoy the people who work there. They are very professional and they are also very nice. Dr. Hodge is a wonderful doctor and he is very knowledgeable and I respect that. I' also have been treated very respectful. Since I've been coming there I've had nothing but positive experiences.

The Male doctor needs to find another job, he dont care about the people and I wouldn't be surprised how many people relapse because of him. Very sad times

Everybody at that McKeesport officeAre so respectful and so nice to everybodyAnd go above and beyond to try to help you with anything that they possibly can. Dr. Hodge def is an amazing doctor. Now I currently do not attend ars/crossroads anymore due too (kinda a mistake I made by transferring too the office in Highland Park) but I was only there for 3 weeks before I got kicked out and was told I was NEVER allowed in ANY of there office's EVER AGAIN! Since day 1 of my 1st appointment there i was treated disre9by not only the staff but the doctor was even worse. She made me feel like a pos! All my years with Dr.hodge I never had a issue then I go there and get kicked out for life over me being honest about me taking a meaning ONE benzo! Im aam not bashing or disrespectful of ANYONE that attends these program's but there was and always people I saw visibly high in that office that was treated with more respect then me and I was doing great for years! And I still am! But I feel like somthing needs done about this because she mentally and emotionally abused me.

Every one in the McKeesport center is nice except the doctor that is there on sundays, she is ignorant, mean and always has something smart to say to you when you speak, I believe she shouldn't work there because she is ignorant towards people that are there for help and not be criticized.

Staff members are very nice and friendly. My issue is having a doctor that I can not understand a word she is saying and vice versa. I went down on my dosage a month ago and she totally missed that. I told her at least 5 times that my dose changed. She sent my prescription into Pharmacy at 4 times stronger than what I take. How do you miss that in computer or me telling you 5 times? I also asked 3 times what to do now to get off suboxone. I asked what withdrawal is like and what to expect. Her answer was "suboxone is very difficult to get off of". What? Are you joking? Isn't the goal to get off suboxone? She acted like I would be on it for life and never explained a word about withdrawal.
