Crossroads Mower Center Inc reviews
7Service at it's best. Owner on site all the time and runs a great business. They carry Toro commercial zero turns and mowers which are the best brand for my needs.
Knowledgeable staff, very friendly and fixed my mower! It was 2 years old and when I picked it up, sounded brand new.and.they do winterazation too!
Professional but also very welcoming! Took the time with my husband to go over options and really listened to what we wanted in a new mower. For pick up, they went over everything including how to drive, maintenance and that if we had any questions to please give him a call. Tom made this experience easy and not a hassle. Will be back for maintenance purchases and to purchase other power equipment.
I purchased a Toro mower on 6/05/23 that was supposed to be a stowe away. When I called Crossroads they told me that they had 1 or 2 in stock. I purchased the mower that day and whenever Chris, an employee helped me to put it into my car he showed me how to make it an "upright" for storage purposes. This mower was replacing the same stowage model I previously had and I mentioned to Chris that my prior mower had two clips that needed to be pushed to put it into the stowage position while the new mower required one to remove two screws that had oversized plastic nuts to do the same. Chris commented that this was a new system superior to the old one as the old one had plastic clips. After experiencing a gas smell in my home for the next few weeks, I drove to the shop to see if they could figure out why. Chris explained that it could be the seal on the cap and I had to bring the mower back to fix it under warranty.
On 6/24/23 I took the mower to th shop. Chris helped me to unload it, put it into the "stow" position and said I had to leave it. On Thursday, 6/27, I called to see status. Tom, the shop owner said they still had to look at it. Later that day Tom called back and told me that I did not purchase a stowable mower. When I explained all the above, he basically said too bad what could he do. I was sold a bill of goods and I tell anyone purchasing a mower to be aware.
Very professional dealership! I purchased my first commercial mower and Tom and Chris are both very knowledgeable and friendly. Simple and easy buying process and I'll continue to purchase from them in the future!
Went down there to put my hands on a wright walkbehind mower. They were the closest dealer to me that had one in stock. Tom was nice enough to allow me to take it for a spin. Nice knowledgeable guys.
Both Tom and Chris bend over backwards to see that all your issues are taken care right.
Tom, the owner that I call "Tom-The Toroman" brought a zero-turn Toro Time Cutter to my home to let me try out first before a purchase since I never drove one and had concerns that my yard had too many steep grades. It worked out great and after 2 years now, Tom is going to do a special season-end tune up and maintenance check.
