Crossroads Treatment Centers reviews
14They are always so welcoming and kind to me. I love the highland park location since they got weekend hours.
This was one of the quickest easiest and fastest way I have ever been seen by a doctor and done within a hour great staff as well
They have a very caring staff and doctors are very understanding and patient about an addict's circumstances. All you have to do is be honest and don't try to manipulate them, like alot of addicts will do.
Excellent.the Staff are kind and understanding. Dr Parm? Is very knowledgeable and caring to my problems and issues I like ARS.
For the most part my experience has been grate the wait could be a litte long at times but it seem as though they have been working to get people in out alot faster so over all im happy with my services
It is taking some time but they are finally very efficient like I've never seen before in and out everyone is kind everyone seems to do their job very well and I'm very happy with my doctor
The Highland Park location is great. The nurses & ladies at front desk are so sweet & pleasant. The nurse practitioner was awesome too she saw me yesterday morning.
I Would highly recommended.
Wait times are too much at times. Staff is very helpful. Hate sitting in a waiting room for over an hour.
The communication is by far the absolute worst I have ever seen in any business. I will NEVER refer anyone to this mess of a place and I will refer to WBK.
The staff is very nice they get you in and out quickly. Also the medication is changing my life I can actually go out and feel like theres life out here.
The staff in Shadyside Office are Great! Especially the girls in the office they work so hard to keep everything flowing on time.
The clinicians who work at ARS at the Stanton Ave.branch in E. Liberty/Highland Park are just wonderful. Everyone to the last woman (and the security guard) treats me very well and are encouraging to my recovery on every appointment. My appointments run smoothly and everyone does their job here at this ARS branch and my doctor, Dr. Bernard, is very fair, kind, understanding, and easy to talk to. I have enjoyed our sessions so much that when I had a chance to transfer to a closer ARS branch to me I bypassed it and continued my appointments here in East Liberty/Highland Park (I live in Carrick and could opt for treatment just down my street at the ARS branch off of Brownsville road in Brentwood.).
I am thankful for ARS and the good people who make the program run. It really turned my life around and got me a second chance to re-set my life. In my recovery, I am doing better all the time and my appreciation for their recovery and Suboxone program helps me stay true to it - to it's requirements, rules and regulations; the program is working well for me and it makes 'staying clean' easier and well worthwhile! Thank you to the ARS program and everyone who works at my branch who assists me. Thank you, thank you! And, one more thing: I must say 'thank you's also to my recovery group of Mercy Behavioral Health that meets once a week at Mercy Behavioral Health off 9th Street in Southside: thank you to Michelle, my group leader, to my group; and one last 'thank you'd to Mercy Behavioral Health. Thank you MBH!
The Dr's and staff are very kind and helpful. They treat everyone with dignity and respect. The Dr I see monthly is my favorite so far. I have been to 3 or 4 different locations. Everyone is nice but the Highland Park office in Pittsburgh is the best so far. If anyone out there needs help with drug and alcohol treatment please dont hesitate to call this place. It was the best choice I've made as far as recovery goes. They have helped save my life for sure.
Highland Park location has made positive changes and improvements. They have redecorated, reorganized, it's clean and has a
new efficient patient flow process. The receptionist, nurse are professional, efficient and friendly. I love my doctor. It has improved 100 %. Quick and easy experience. Thanks for all your help.
