Phyllis was wonderful! She is so incredibly knowledgeable and helped my daughter and myself learn how to teach our Shih Tzu how to follow commands. She was a delight and was great with my daughter as well! She was kind in leaving us with the open door of just to call if I had any questions! Highly recommend Crosswinds K-9.

Excellent. Everything about my first visit was exceptional. My puppy and I were treated extremely well, he learned a lot. The level of expertise, patience and caring at Crosswinds K-9 is second to none. We will continue to work together to make my German Shepherd the best and happiest he can be. I took my dog here for training and loved it so much that I brought him back to be boarded. I learned so much during the training process that I could never find on the internet. It’s apparent how experienced Phyllis is. With the tools I’ve learned from Phyllis I will be a much better owner for my dog.

We scheduled a private lesson and we were very pleased. She went over everything with us and she took her time answering any questions we had. She really gave us the "tools" for training our dog. We noticed such a difference in our dog after just that one lesson and now we know how to continue making improvements.

We had a training class with Phyllis on 2-17-22. She is an exceptional teacher. Giving me and my family the tools we need to teach our 6.5 month old rottweiler proper obedience. We will definitely be seeing her again. Thank you Phyllis.

My husband and I took our German Shepherd puppy to meet Phyllis. Phyllis was extremely helpful and knowledgeable regarding the behavior of Sammi. Her welcoming personality put us at ease. She was patient with us. Not only did she demonstrate each command, she fully explained the how and why as well. She was gracious with her time, making sure we were comfortable with each command. Had a great experience teaching my shelter dog some basic commands. She was able to take my dog from difficult to walk on a leash to very easy to walk in just one session. Additionally, she does a great job giving you the tools needed to improve all aspects of your dogs behavior. The class was worth every penny and I would fully recommend to anyone looking to improve their dogs behavior.

Although I had done my fair share of research on how to train a puppy, I knew a German Shepherd would take some extra help to ensure he didn't scare anyone. The staff here were extremely helpful, explaining every piece of the training process and giving advice for once we got home. Within minutes I saw changes in my puppy and am extremely grateful for her guidance. I've already told numerous other new puppy owners about her training.

I absolutely love this trainer! She is amazing with teaching you and your dog. I'm so happy Jethro and I got to spend one on one time with her and learn some very helpful skills. I just have to say our GSD Jeda had a great experience with Phyllis as did we. Phyllis did an awesome job and showed us training techniques that we were amazed by. We will be back.
