Crowne Plaza Philadelphia - King of Prussia, an IHG Hotel

Very nice but somewhat pricey Hotel compare to others short distance away. Even breakfast is rather expensive but the place is very nicely kept

We had a very pleasant stay the rooms were nice and spacious staff was friendly yes the hallways were a little dated but other than that fantastic

Beautiful lobby, you can see where they spent their money. The carpet looked dated. No microwave or refrigerator in the room. The room was okay but not great. The Shower had mold on the bottom of the glass.

Really nice gentleman at the front desk made check in pleasurable, rooms are clean and nicely renovated

Room smelled SO bad. I think it was from the leaking AC which also left a huge wet spot on the carpet. The smell was soooo bad it gave me a headache.

Nice clean, quiet room, 1st floor as requested. Very friendly, welcoming staff. If you want breakfast, however, it's $15! There is free coffee in the morning, though! Recommended, and I would definitely return!

Have attended multiple events at this venue… staff is very accommodating. Great place to have big events.

You can tell it's a re model of an older hotel. The rooms are nice. The bed is comfortable and the showers are hot. Pretty much all you could need in a room. The wifi is sketchy and keeps booting me off while I work but it's manageable.

Since we brought cake to room, the cake did attract ants so…. Generally, room is pretty good

The staff at this hotel are amazing!
I travel a lot for work, and find myself staying at this location regularly. The hotel is clean, extremely nice workspace/restaurant/ lobby area. Rooms are comfortable!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Crowne Plaza in King of Prussia. The lobby is beautiful with lots of workspaces. The room was very clean and didn't have any funky odors. Everything worked properly. It was quiet and comfortable, the staff are all very friendly and polite. The breakfast is fantastic but it is not included (something to keep in mind). It is located beside a large mall with multiple restaurants which was fun. Overall a 5 star experience!

The only complaint I have would be they had no complimentary coffee in the lobby. You had to pay for the buffet breakfast. It was not free.

Spent couple of hours of training there yesterday. Quiet place. Not much traffic inside or outside. Very clean.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The food and beverage was excellent. The room was clean and spacious.
