Worked from the lobby here while my wife was in a seminar. Staff was friendly any never questioned me working from the lobby. Surprisingly the table was very comfortable and easy to work from.

I booked a room through Priceline to stay overnight. When I showed up I was greeted in the lobby by the front desk and other staff. They were extremely friendly, helpful, and very welcoming. I enjoyed my stay and will definitely book here again. Thanks guys!

This place is top notch! I stay here whenever I can. It is super clean and the staff is very friendly.

Convenient location with regards to the city, and the parking is free. Rooms are well appointed, comfortable beds, decor is modern without feeling trendy. Generally a nice place. Feels very professional. Front desk staff were some of the most personable that I have ever met.

Crowne Plaza Suites, Pittsburgh South was wonderful to work with for our wedding. We had an awesome wedding planner that helped us with everything! The tables were perfect. The food was great and everything went according to plan. My family even said that the staff were very friendly and extremely helpful with dinner. Thank you for all your help in making our wedding day extra special!

Checked in to the Lawrence (PA) Crowned Plaza last evening, received a AAA membership discount and paid $123+ for the room. When I went down for breakfast I was told that my breakfast was NOT included in the "plan" that I chose (AAA).
I will never darken the doorsteps of a Crowne Plaza hotel or any of their affiliated group properties.

Very helpful and friendly staff, bed and pillows were comfortable. The hotel was especially quiet the one night I was there (or I was especially tired). Nice shower with good water pressure and plenty of hot water fast. Fridge in room is nice. Shampoo wasn't the best, but I can look past that.

I was a guest there for my families vow renewals. We use the large room for the event. The dinner and service was amazing. And the DJ provided an awesome song selection

The location is fabulous with everything you could possibly need in walking distance. The rooms are well maintained and extremely comfortable.

Newly renovated lobby, rooms are nice size but does not have mini fridge included. Can be provided if available. No complimentary continental breakfast, personally feel should be included in price. The associates and management very friendly and helpful.

I went here for a wedding and was impressed. The space was clean, the staff was friendly and accommodating and the food was delicious.

Dirty toilets. Plastic from seats literally ripping apart. The toilet seats were completely yellow and you know the reason.

Most comfortable mattress we ever slept on. The mattresses are probably beyond their service age.

The staff was helpful in making us change the room and that’s what 2 stars are for.

Fine for a basic stay. Pool was fairly dirty for opening week (skimmed it myself). No vent in the bathroom so hot showers turn it into a sauna. The beds are a bit creaky. Location and pricing are good though.

The hotel was very clean, amenities very nice. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. A staff member even phoned the room once in order to assist a family member trying to get in touch with me. Only issue, which was very small, was that the air conditioner continued to cool the room down past the set temperature. It's the type of thing happens at many hotels, so we didn't feel the need to report the matter to staff. Overall, good experience.

Our last night on our trip, we stayed here while visiting friends in Mt. Lebanon and Dormont. The hotel was a perfect end to our long week. The staff were friendly and helpful. Emily greeted us and then followed up with a text a bit later to check on our satisfaction with our room. The hotel was beautifully renovated, clean, and quite comfortable. We will return next time we are in town.

We hosted a fundraising event there last week. The Event staff were wonderful to work with, making the event a huge success. They helped us get all the details organized and made the room look gorgeous. The chicken wellington was delicious. The food was well prepared and served well. Thank you Crowne Plaza!

The lobby offers lots of space to gather. My room was very clean and offered everything, even modern charging stations. Bathroom was large, well lit, and the tissue paper is perfect. Had a magnifying mirror which is a real bonus.
Staff was super attentive. Emily followed up daily to make sure all was well.
Nic runs a top notch establishment. I attended an evening function and the fish was superb.
The area is surrounded by shopping opportunities and really handy.
