Cruise One, Northampton PA

We use Cruise One in Northampton Pennsylvania for all our trips. We have not ever been disappointed in their service. Rich and Patti are always so pleasant and make sure every little detail is not left out. Our information always comes early so if there is ever a problem it can be solved. We have never had to worry about that everything we have booked with them has been spot on and never had any issues. They are always available to answer any questions we may have. What ever our thoughts for a vacation have been, they are there to help us plan what we want and not try to change any of our plans. Others have tried to do this to benefit themselves but Cruise One is truly there for us. Thank you to them for always helping provide us the best vacation possible without any problems. At Beaches Negril in paradise enjoying a sunrise mimosa, suds in the pool and supper with the most magical view you can experience! I was on the Phone with Extremely unprofessional person named Ed cannot help me on the phone, he did not gave me any dates on July because they were too many, i just simply asked for help and he couldn’t do it, anyway i said thanks for the time and he slammed the phone. Very upsetting is a shame that we want our dreams vacation and this company treat customer like that.
