Crust Vegan Bakery made excellent cookies which served as our take-home favor for guests! Not only were their cookies delicious but they were super responsive and reliable when it came to questions. Will continue frequenting them for all our baked treat needs!

Crust, yes! Y'all know how to make VERY good vegan and vegan GF desserts. I am so excited all cheesecakes are GF too! The customer service is great. Sydney (with the cat ears) was great and very personable. While this was not my first visit, I always try to maintain self control cause it's not my last visit either, but I want to try EVERYTHING!

This place absolutely SLAPS.the cookies and cinnamon buns are amazing and the staff is super friendly!

Vegan dessert heaven. I highly recommend the Cherry Poptart, Wildberry Poptart, and Lemon Raspberry Bar. They also have seasonal soft serve ice cream (Orange Creamsicle took me back to my childhood). Next time, I'll try their savory Poptarts. Come hungry!

While I do like the selection of the baked good here, customer service is just horrible…. I have given this place a year to get it together and its not getting any better…. Finally writing this review and not coming back…. Not one person is friendly here… they dont smile, dont pay any attention to anyone coming in, not sure if you want any business coming in I wonder…. If you ask a question - just a rude answer always! No pricing on anything, always have to ask or pay what ever they say! Sorry, its a customer service fail! Hope you can get it together!

Finally found a vegan bakery! I only tried one thing. Blueberry Coffee Cake it was so fire. People in the store were nice and friendly. They had a whole bunch of things on the menu. I’ll go back soon

Baked goods are solid, the brookie and pbj bar were highlights, but the checkout process can be improved.

When you check out there is a tip selection at the end of the transaction which is no issue, but its on a tablet behind a piece of plexiglass and the employee says "let me know which one you'd like to select and we'll click it for you". That doesn't seem right to me and it puts the customer in a uncomfortable situation.

One of my favorite places to get vegan treats. The soft ice cream is so delicious with the chocolate cone.

Cannot say enough good things about the gluten free options! The ice cream cookie sandwiches are to die for and the sesame cheesecake was insane! I'll definitely be coming back.

I like their baked goods but they shame you into tipping outrageous amounts. They keep their ipad behind a plexiglass and ask you how much you want to tip. If you say no, their employees will make snide remarks and be rude to you.

MODIFIED REVIEW: In my initial review I praised the food, but griped about not being able to call the store directly. But after reading your reply below, I'm changing my review to say that if I have to choose between being able to call the store directly, AND having you focus on baking wonderful desserts, I'll choose the latter. Keep up the great work!
