I love this store- they not only sell gorgeous beads and jewelry hardware, they take the time to show customers how to put it all together. They also generously provide craft tables, classes and share equipment. They have been kind and thoughtful to my clients with intellectual disabilities with an interest in jewelry making, and graciously have allowed me to bring in my broken, sentimentally valuable necklace to accent and repair. 10/10 this store is wonderful
Always a wonderful experience. There's always something there you didn't know you needed. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.
They are rude and I will never set foot in that store again. There are plenty of other places to purchase beads. I will certainly be sure to patron other more accommodating stores.
