Crystal Springs Water, Philadelphia PA

Seen the driver pull up to my house never get out the truck and then drives off. I call and check to see what happened and they claim I refused the delivery. This is after months of missed deliveries. Customer service does not help besides schedule another delivery that is always missed. Supervisor never calls back. Nothing but problems with them

DO NOT sign up for this service. I wish I could give this company a zero. I was a customer for 8 years and about 6 months ago, they stopped showing up for deliveries. I spent hours calling customer service trying to get them to come and at least pick up the empty bottles. Finally, I canceled service and they missed their appointment to pick up the cooler snd empty jugs. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I signed up with ReadyRefresh and they came to deliver everything immediately and are super professional.

They are the worst! Missed deliveries. I have not had a delivery in almost 2 months! I call and they confirm the next delivery but you guessed it no delivery!
I gave 1 star because I could not post 0 stars!

Do not use this service. They have very poor service. This is a residential two person household so we do not order a lot of water. This company does not deliver when schedule (though they call the day before and confirm delivery date). They have poor customer service because it difficult to reach a customer service representative. I have been routinely made to wait forever for pick ups and company gives no indication of when delivery will take place. See the old bottles that I’ve been trying to return for quite some time.

This water delivery service is horrendous I wish I had read the reviews b4 I purchased this machine. They delivered water on the wrong day left it on our step while we were on vacation. It set out on the heat for two days. We started calling 2 weeks ago to return. The customer service reps say the requests are in the system but the delivery service never show up. We still have 4 full bottles of water that sat out in the heat. They were supposed to come yesterday again didn’t come but sent a email saying they completed the request and charged our credit card, bad business practices! Beware of this delivery service!

Terrible service. One missed delivery date after another. Wrong quantity delivered when they do show up. An apparent inability to deliver the product to the requested delivery point at the house. Indifferent customer service reps who apologize a lot but don't follow through. A branch rep who makes up stuff just so that he doesn't actually have to make good on his promises. Other than that, they're fine. (But they do somehow manage to tap your credit card on time, so there's that.)

Although I paid my bill 08/06 & have a zero balance, the rep accidentally cancelled my August delivery 08/23. So when I went on line to the worst web site I found this out. I called n after a long wait was told I would have a partial delivery either 08/23 or 08/24, but I still have no water. Called customer service today 08/24 n was on hold for 38 minutes before I hung up. Very Dissatisfied Customer!

They just stopped delivering. Despite repeated calls and their promises to deliver, nothing. I have 10 empties sitting here.

They never come deliver you water even though you have it scheduled. Missed 4 deliveries in a row.

Terrible company - no customer service and they have missed delivery 4 days in a row. Emails said they were coming each day.

They missed 3 deliveries in a row. They would call and say they were comping and it would be a no show. I called the main company and they promised to get me water the next day and still did not show up. I ended up buying water from Home Depot. Terrible company.

The worst company I've ever dealt with. Machine broke within 2 weeks. They said they'd replace it, then no call no showed 3 times. Then I canceled and they no called no showed to pick up the machine when they said they would. And then continued to deliver water.
