Crystal Springs, AKA Primo Water is the worst water delivery service I have ever used. They have not shown up for the last 3 deliveries. This is supposed to be a service that saves you time (from having to buy water elsewhere), recycling store bought bottles, extra expense, etc. To the contrary, I have wasted more time on the phone and writing emails only to fall on deaf ears. I highly recommend AGAINST using Primo Water, Crystal Springs or any other name they go by.
