2My company used their service in multiple locations but if you want ANYTHING other than your recurring orders, good luck. They skipped me on the last 3 deliveries, canceled the 4th delivery, and won't give me an emergency delivery now that I'm out of water. I even put a sign up with my contact info for them to call me when they arrive so that I could talk to someone. They ignored the sign and left without taking empty bottles or giving me full ones.
Worst company ever! You are better off drinking contaminated drinking water. Please sign up if you want to be overcharged, random charges unable to be explained, added fees, unwanted deliveries. It was the worst water delivery company i have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. STAY AWAY if you want to keep your sanity.
