My daughter and I had our appt today. The atmosphere was very kind and calm. The employees were super friendly and helpful. The doctor did the most thorough exam I've had in years. He wasn't rushed and he explained things in a way we could understand instead of using merely doctor jargon. I do not have insurance. My last appt was at Walmart. My bill at Crystal was $100 less than at Walmart. I definitely recommend Crystal Vision.

Waited 2 monthes for glasses. My only question was did they roll and polish lenses as I paid for? They said yes. Picked up glasses and got home and checked them out. No roll and polish!

Ok.lets clarify the Business hours. If the customer is not going to get a courtesy call regarding prescription glasses Say so. If as expected, products were ordered the same day, at least assure your customers can do a walk in inquiry. Somebody seems to be shutting down business despite publicized hours. When calling, if answered, the response time is a bit much and I'm concerned that there is no care to actually look for shipped products. Do not rely on what you "think" is or is not in. Please GO LOOK. (The manager is on it though.definitely on her job.) When customers are paying out of pocket and "up-front" they don't deserve special treatment, Just good customer service. I'm a little concerned about these reviews. I won't let them deter me I can wait and see for myself.

So Jamal just called my mother back. He has nothing to say about her glasses or contacts, just to tell her he’s upset about her review, aswell as saying he no longer will do business with her. Thats a pat on the back bud very unprofessional to speak to a customer like that. I will gladly show you customer service skills if you’d like.

This place is the best! Took my twins and myself here for the first time and it was the best experience. Also gave me good advice on picking frames for my boys.

Every time I call to see if my glasses or contacts are here, Jamal hangs up on me! I called on Saturday he had me on hold for 15 minutes and then hung up on me and turned the machine on, thanks Jamal! (He didn’t even ask my name that day) then I called today to see about the glasses and contacts and it was the same answer even though I got a text message saying that my contacts were in! So not really sure I guess I’m supposed to guess when my glasses are coming in but when I do that and I call nobody knows anything well Jamall doesn’t know anyway!

Went for advertised deal at their Walnutport, PA store to get progressive glasses, but the only frames to choose were from a small rack of crappy frames which ad didn't specify. Had to upgrade which cost another $120 over the advertised price. Went back about cost of $298 for one pair of glasses. They refunded up charge for frames. Still cost more than so called advertised prices. Took long for glasses to arrive. Got a call glasses were ready. Tried on at store. Felt ok, so I put them in case to take home since it was sunny and I wore my sunglasses. When I got home, I noticed that the lens weren't tight and moved in the frame they chose. Took them back today because they also seemed to have what looked like a crack in center of frame. Worker at store said they weren't cracked, but they would need a few days to fix the lenses. Time to get full refund and try a different store.

Thank you so much for everything you have done to make my life easy with the new lenses. It was a pleasure dealing with Dr. Syed, Ed who measured and insured I got the right lenses, the receptionist Tina, who was very professional and had smile during the whole time I was there and Chris for adjusting my glasses to fit my face. Thank you everyone for working so hard to make me see better. Rest assured, I will be back again next year and will make sure to refer others to your location. I always say, WHEN YOU GOT THE BEST, YOU DON'T NEED THE REST. Keep up the good work! YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME!

Just have to order re fill for my contact lens then they told me I'm due for yearly check up before I can do the re fill so I did, and then the eye doctor didn't even told me that I need to come back for another check up fitting of my contact lens, so when I had to do check out the receptionist told me I need to come back for follow up on my eye exam but it was my fault I totally forgot, but according to them they will call me the day after my appointment just to remind me but they didn't, it's been two weeks now, I was wondering what happen to my re fill so I was on the area so I drop by to ask if my re fill comes, just for me to know they haven't made my order because I need to come back.wow what a night mare, prior to that I also order eye glasses for my son, if I didn't come and ask I wouldn't know my son eye glasses is already ready which we been waiting that for to weeks too. 2 strikes.what a customer service this place is.unbelievable

Staff was not very welcoming, more like awkward and standoffish. Also, the eye doctor caught an attitude when I asked him to explain the price of the eye exam and the deals available. & Lastly, I was not impressed by the quality of their glasses either. I gave them two stars because I guess they aren't the worst- I was just dissatisfied. Maybe they acted that way because I look young. Who knows.

I've been here before, the first time they were pretty decent.but I just called to try and make an appointment and they had me on hold for 5+ minutes, so I just hung up. Ridiculous and crappy customer service.
