Fast professional service! The entire staff was friendly and very helpful! My husband and I forgot our reading glasses and they were kind enough to provide him with a pair to fill out his paperwork!

I can honestly say this was the worst service I have ever gotten. I'm going to give a detailed explanation as to why, in case Crystal Vision tries to say that I'm in the wrong here.
I came to Crystal Vision because at the time they were the first to get me in for an eye exam and I needed contacts badly. Ironically, my eye appointment was on September 14 and it is now October 16 and I still have no contacts or prescription. The eye doctor himself is fine, very nice, but the management here is terrible- unorganized and inefficient.
Crystal Vision gave me a trial pair of a new brand I'd never used and told me I had to schedule a new appointment so the doctor could see me wearing the lenses, and thereafter give me a prescription if it worked out. I had never had to do that with eye doctors in the past, but I figured it wasn't a big deal. Sadly, this stretched on because the Acuvue brand didn't work for my eyes. The next time I came I said I didn't like the brand and they didn't have any other brands of daily trial pairs for my prescription in stock, so they gave me a monthly trial pair of Acuvue to hold me over until 2 other brands they wanted me to try arrived. (*The monthly pair of Acuvue, which I didn't want to wear in the first place, has now expired. I literally have no contacts. *) (Also, let it be known that when I asked the doctor if I could just be prescribed Clariti, my previous brand, he said something like "I think that brand is going away". I later learned that it is not. Come to whatever conclusion you'd like with that info)
They originally said that the trial pairs would come in the following week. One of the brands came in two weeks later (Crystal Vision did not give me an update on this, and I only learned that they would "probably be in next week" when I called myself.) and the other actually has not arrived yet. Well, one box for one of my eyes came, and the other is apparently on "backlog" or something. When I came in today to talk to the staff (because I really need contacts now, I'm leaving for a new job next month), the manager told me that the box is "probably on a backlog" and that she could check for me when they would be coming. However, this means nothing to me, because this is what she said to me a week ago and obviously I never heard back. This sucks because I wasn't allowed to schedule a follow-up appointment until I received these trial contacts... And no one could tell me when that would be.
So finally I got fed up, and asked if I could just get my prescription already (BTW, I had asked this over the phone before, but believed her because I am 18 and doubted my "adulting" abilities) with my previous brand, Clariti. I didn't see an issue because my prescription in both eyes has remained the same. The manager refused because this is supposedly illegal because "I had a prescription change", but she was basing this "change" off my eyeglasses, which I told them I don't use. When I reminded her that I'm getting contacts, she said that they don't have any records of my previous contact prescription. And this is where the issue really falls on them: On the day of my exam, I brought not only my paperwork stating my prescription, but the empty boxes of contacts I had been using. I'm sure it would be illegal for her to give me a prescription had my prescription actually changed, but it hasn't, and they should have known that had the management here done their jobs correctly. I don't usually give reviews like this, but I am extremely disappointed with my experience here and feel like this has been a monumental waste of time. By the way, all the trial pairs I was able to try from them actually hurt my eyes. If you've read this entire review, you can tell that they're not organized, but you should also know that they are not very polite. Never did the ladies in charge here sympathize with my situation, apologize for the miscommunication, apologize for the delays, etc.
DO NOT COME HERE, unless the management improves tremendously. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
