A terrible group of bullies. I accidentally touched the store manager’s car door with mine in their incredibly cramped parking lot and one would think I started WWIII. I stopped to give my insurance information, yet that wasn’t satisfactory because I stopped to throw a CUP (not major trash) In another store’s trash bin. Now I’m being threatened with law enforcement. They need a super tutorial in customer service. Empathy has been thrown out perhaps because of Covid fatigue or displeasure with the outcome of the election. This BEAR should not be poked unless you’re up for possible physical trauma…, bet I’m going to get a rude response from the management because they just DON’T GET IT! Also, I should have been advised to seek help for my cataracts, instead they just gave me glasses and poor service and bullying.
The management is also extremely unprofessional and has nothing but snarky comments in retaliation to people who give them poor reviews instead of truly looking into and fixing the problems. A total housecleaning should be done!

I’ve used crystal vision in tunkhannock a few times over the last 8 years and usually don’t have an issue. I had an eye exam on 12/31/22, everything was fine, staff was polite and they have a decent selection of glasses. HOWEVER I ordered contacts and as of 3/4/23 they have not come in. I have called twice and the last time I asked for refund and they reassured me that they would reorder them and have them rushed. That was two weeks ago and still nothing. I told them when I had called that I needed them for a trip on 3/14/23 (giving them a month to get them) and they said it was no issue. If you use them and want contacts make sure you get your prescription the day of your exam and just order the contacts online.

I wish they could rate zero stars because that would be what I would be giving them they run ads on specials and give coupons that in the time of purchase they refused to redeem and bait and switch you to get higher priced items even though it's against the customers wishes then be overcharged for that then when you talk to the manager she yells and screams at you had my wife upset for 3 days. It took the better Business bureau to get a refund back they need a course in customer service or new staff and management there would never recommend thiis places to anyone!
