Fellows were extremely caring and thorough. We’ve had our carpets and chairs cleaned before, but never as good as C & S. When they were through, there was practically no moisture on the chairs and carpet and everything looked brand new. I would give them the highest recommendation. They were here at exactly the time they told me, they also sent me notices to remind me of our appointment. I showed him which rooms I wanted the carpets cleaned it and he then got to work. Very considerate of being careful while cleaning the carpet. I showed him a couple places that I wanted extra attention given and I was please with how he cleaned those places. Overall he did a good job and would recommend the company.

Online booking was a great feature for those of us who don't have the time to think about our personal lives during business hours! I got a confirmation text and was able to reply back to ask clarifying questions. The owner actually texted me back on a Saturday night! Chayton was kind and professional. He walked me through what he was going to be doing and offered suggestions to make sure I had the best outcome. I left him to do his work while I went back to work in my home office and he took care of everything. When he was all done, he cleaned up and let himself out. My couch looks brand new. I am trying to extend the life of the carpet in my daughter's bedroom just through her remaining teenage years and they look and smell awesome. I think we can make it now!

We were very impressed with Chayton. When he arrived, he introduced himself, explained the process of cleaning our furniture and asked if we had any questions. He set up and got to work, he was very diligent, he did a fantastic job. He continued to answer questions as he worked.
