C&S Wholesale Grocers, Bethlehem PA

Delivered here plenty of times. Never a issue. Maybe occasionally you can't find a empty, but the jockeys are pretty nice with helping you find one. Security and staff always pleasant.

Worse experience. Horrible never come here! Avoid! Been here for hours being unloaded! Still waiting as I type!

This facility is one of the worst places to deliver. I have seen bad but this is bad. The girl with the green hair really needs to learn respect for their drivers or at the very least uphold C & S moto about customer service. I cant believe that they can get away with treating drivers like garbage. I have been in dispatch and a owner op for years and cant believe this is even still allowed. During the pandemic all these drivers not only put their lives at risk but their families to be able to provide for us all. So hear I am pleading to C & S wholesale to please make better standards for these drivers or I call on all drivers to boycott C & S wholesale. This is ridiculous.

Checked in at 8: 45 for a 9: 30 appointment and was empty and out of the gate at 9: 33. Best time ever for me at a c and s grocer

Worst place to pick aload, they never let you know where to pick paperwork, loading alone takes more than 6hrs with my case. Yes need to make money but not under stress.

Arrived for a delivery. Guardhouse was quick. Receiving was very helpful. Looks like I'll be outta here in a jiffy

Very un helpful facilities, no consideration for trucks that get messed up by their shippers lost 3 days and 2 loads and they could care less

Don't bother showing up until 1/2 hour before your appointment. Other than that it's a grocery warehouse.so allow the usual excessive amount of time.

Had to take a load here unfortunately. And I'm seriously refrettreg it.maybe a collective law suit for lost wages needs to happen to places like this. Totally unacceptable and very unfair.

The one on Hanover Rd in Bethlehem sucks. They damage product when they unload it and put it back on trailer as refused.

Got half a trailer to deliver to this place, checked in 11: 03, at the door 11: 13, checked out 18: 17.7 hours to work on half a trailer! This place sucks! Forgot to add appointment time was 12: 00

Better to delivery on a weekend than during the week. A very beautiful young red headed woman was working today. She was short & took my breath away.

Dont come here early at all. 30 minutes max of being early. They take forever to unload you here too. There is no overnight parking at all. Rude people totally.

Maybe just got lucky! But I was in and out in no time. People inside the facility really good workers. They deserve more then 5 stars. No overnight parking they don’t take u in earlier then 30 min upon your appointment

Unorganized facility! Very busy at noon. More than one hour waited for check in and waited more than two hours for door!

Huge DC, that is severely understaffed. 30 min to check in, sit in the door for hrs before they start unloading, wait too long for bills, then wait some more. More a management issue, then the staff. Plan on being here for an eternity.

The worst place I have ever seen in my life Very bad management set me an appointment for next 8 days I had to wait for 8 days because the broker didn’t worry about an appointment time and they are rude. I wish you bad thanksgiving from my heart

I’ll give it 3 stars because of the nice yard dog lady. Lady in receiving office was very rude. Asked a question and was told instructions were in paperwork and she slid the window shut in my face. I hope she has a WONDERFUL day as well!

This place is full of the most incompetent morons on the face of the earth. Avoid business avoid working for them.

Seems to be a place where many hours can be lost. No overnight parking. 30 mins before or after delivery appointment is acceptable no more.
