Guard shack didn’t tell me I had to bring my paperwork to receiving after I was in the door for 30 minutes, lady at receiving was opposite of nice

Had 5 1/2 hours on my clock when I got here. 3 minutes left.still not done. Capstone logistics.need I say more?

The young kid in a guard shack needs to learn one thing treat people with respect you get respect.

When I pulled they told me go to staging so I pulled behind another truck thinking when they start letting people through I will check in. The guard never told me I was suppose to come back check in with him.

The guard in age REALLY NICE GUY, explained everything step by step, advised where could you stay / places to eat, wish that everyone at this location would be nice like him. Unloading took them 3.5 hours

Check in with they will give you a door. Plenty of truck staging. Appt. 7am, unloaded 9am. Lumper is fast.

Just like another c&s wear house. Rude people, don’t want to work, slow and horrible attitude. I telling to every truckers. Don’t go to any c&s wear house

Large staging area, fast to a door and I was 3hrs early.fast unloading, in and out in an hour, Truck-stop directly across from the gate! No overnight, but easy place, lots of room.

Worst job ever! Very low hrs some days you will go work and in less than an hr there was no more assignments and very irresponsable staff members

It’s true, the lady at the receiving office has an attitude. It was my first time being here and when I finally found the office, she said she had been yelling at me to come in. They should put up some signs to indicate where the office is located.

They appear to have overnight parking, and there is a truck stop across the street.

You can park here overnight. There's an Exxon with truck parking about 9 spaces. You can turn into Exxon and in front of you is Robesonia Logistics (C-S logistics).

Was there for about 2hrs. Also the lady in the office is very rude. Don’t ask her to repeat anything if you didn’t hear she will get mad.

Both of that fat ugly pigs that work in the receiving office. Is about as worthless as a race horse with a broken leg. HORRIBLE service. This what happens when you give societies rejects jobs.

They were quick today. I had a 6: 00 appointment and a door was ready at 4: 45. Pumper fee of $194.00. The guard at night is a really nice old man and you can park here over night. The lady inside is a little rude though. There is a gas station across the street wit subway.

My appointment is at 4a didnt get a door until 445 a im currently still in the door but I'm getting paid its 857 a. The lady at the shipping and receiving desk with the glasses has an attitude problem. But she is a push over at this place. They seem to pass off stuff onto her and she is too scared to say anything so. She will probably get a little snippy with you

I'm so pissed off that every time I deliver here it takes hrs to get unloaded don't matter whether it's one pallet or the whole Trk can the management do some improvement we are loosing business owner operators

Place is very slow on the frozen side looks like they have two or three lumpers unloading this whole side.

5 hours backed into the dock still not empty. No matter which C&S you go to it is like this. They need to go take lessons from a WalMart DC!

So we have been sitting here since 4: 28 am. It is now 10: 11 am. We have a green light and have paid the lumpers $250. But still can't leave because? There is a problem with the paperwork. Um well that's not the driver's problem. He didn't create the paperwork or load the truck. But hey guess who is going to pay detention pay. Hope we NEVER come here again.

8am appt. 20 pallets straight roll off. Empty and paperwork ready at 10am. Can't complain too much. Lumper takes cash or check, no cards.
