CSL Plasma, Wilkes-Barre Township PA

All the ladies here at CSL plasma in Wilkes-Barre are fantastic come here it's a great experience especially Karen my girl

I’ve donated at a few plasma donation places in the area and even though I’ve only been to this location twice, this is my favorite one. The staff noticeably likes their job (as opposed to some other places I’ve been where they pretty much complain about everything at the job), interact with their donors in a friendly manner, and are very knowledgeable. Will definitely be returning to donate at this center.

Great staff. Everyone is caring and very knowledgeable. They will answer any questions you have. Clean facility as well.

Passing it on in memory of my mom. I drove 1.5 hours as this was the closest location that accepts COVID-recovered plasma. I was anxious as this was my first time donating, but I was doing it for my mom who passed in Dec from COVID and I became infected while caring for her. The staff was so nice and friendly. You can tell they really like their job which made the whole process much easier. Everyone was bebopping to the music playing and checked on each donor multiple times during the experience. I plan on returning as long as my antibody levels remain above the threshold to donate. Thank you for making the process easy!

Went to donate my first time they were very kind & friendly. They were clear & explained everything thoroughly. Loved my experience can't wait to go back.

I'm a first time blood/plasma donor and this by far exceeded my expectations of what I'd consider a pleasant experience. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly making this an excellent rookie experience for me. I recommend anyone thinking of or current donors to visit this location you won't be disappointed.

Love this place all the people r very professional I love gettin stuck by Karen as a person who’s scared of needles deff helps with the tension n stress of it but definitely would recommend going to this donation center then any other

Clean good awesome take 30 mins finish and they treat you really good plus free headphones highly recommended if you trying save lives or just for the money 10 out of 10

On this trip, Deedra, Dashonda, Karen, Amber and Liz are all wonderful humans who do a great job taking plasma. Always a great time!

Great donation center. I have been to multiple CSL locations and by far this is the best! Great center management, informative staff and a very welcoming and comfortable environment.

I was very nervous being a first time donor. The staff was very personable and friendly. They take their time and explain the whole process and answer any questions. It turned out to be a relaxed and calm experience. Highly recommend them!

This is the nicest cleanest plasma donation center I have been too.
It is staffed with some great people too.

First time donor the employees really take care of you and explain everything. Donating was easy process I will be back to donate again. Everyone who took care of me was friendly and the process was pain free.

Everyone here is very friendly. It’s a peaceful Aura when you walk in the door the staff really makes you feel comfortable

The staff is incredible! From the receptionists, phlebotomists, and supervisors, they all have made the donation process enjoyable. They make you feel comfortable and at ease.
