It isnt the worst but you could equate it to Walmart and never having registers open
Hire more people if you don't have enough staff to utilize all the bays available. Other than that it's clean n friendly

Instead of just saying no you are not an eligible donor…. They send you through hoops and let you tire out. Extremely unprofessional. I went in January ‘22 and got a form for my doctor to fill out and sample blood drawn. Never documented taking my blood and never told me what was going on when the form was submitted. I got sick so I didn’t want to try to proceed til June ‘22, this is where I found out they didn’t document taking my blood! They took more to “sample me” and I waited a month to hear anything from them and when they apparently finally got the results back, I was told I needed that same form from my doctor again? What? This place is unprofessional. I would find another plasma donation center because who knows how much they are not documenting well and screwing up and probably not helping others. I’m sure another center would be better!

Today I stopped in to donate, it was the third time i ever donated and had no problems in the past, after my visit today i dont know what happened but, i blacked out in the parking lot and couldnt see or move. I called the center from my phone through siri and employees at this place came running out to my rescue! They kept me awake and comfortable while the paramedics were on their way. If anyone knows the name of the lady who helped me please let me know so i can write a thank you letter

I’ve never had to wait too long so that is good.the only problem is workers not changing gloves between donors or at least using hand sanitizer on their gloves before going to the next donor.it’s especially worrying with covid but, anything dealing with peoples blood should be more careful because of disease.

Sometimes lines are outrageous wishing they'd find a way to cut that long line drastically.

Just think the wait in this place is a little too long, a 3 hr wait on average is way too long especially when they only utilize half of their bays and only one or two check in bays when they can easily check in 4 or 5 at a time, they need to be better at getting ppl in and out of their a little quicker especially if they have the means to.

I feel like they provide good service but it’s like they’d rather continue conversing with one another than answer the phone. Even when it’s not busy they don’t answer the phone it’s not a priority.

Great experience every time. We do still stand in the screening line too long. The longer your in line, the more you fatigue

Only ever had one good experience here. Been donating for 6 months and its always 2 to 3 hour wait and everybody is standing around goofing off doing nothing. Really wish management would learn how to run a business

Great place to come donate plasma that goes into making medicine that's saved lives and also improves quality of life.

Had a really good experience until about 3 weeks ago with the employee Tori. She did a extremely bad stick. She had a very bad attitude, actually blaming me for it. When I had enough and told her I was going to report her attitude, she then lied and said I threatened her. This got me banned. I have requested a call from the facility, STILL have not received a call from the head manager. I did send this to corporate so they can review the video on how she acted during my donation time. If you do go there and get her I HIGHLY encourage you to request one of the other people to stick you. The other girls are absolutely awesome.

Everyone is nice, but man you need to get more people up for the vitals check in last 2 times i came line is to the door of people wait for vitals checks completely ridiculous. Then last time i waited about an hr on top of that in line to get the plasma taken out and i counted 18 empty chairs.ridiculous people come here to get blood taken and they have to wait 2 hours before they can even get it drawn. Get more employees to work or better balance the ones you have if your in the office doing nothing get out and help.

The concept of helping people and getting paid for it is awesome. The reality of waiting over an hour to even sit down in a chair isn't.

Maybe an appointment system should be adopted?

People are so nice.they make the experience stress free.i would recommend csl to all my friends.

If you are considering donating plasma I suggest you bite the bullet and do it. CSL staff are friendly, the facility is clean and you are helping people. Don't forget you get paid compensation that is not taxed! Free money for something you body continues to produce. Sounds like a win win for me.
