I had the check alternator message on my S 600 reefer unit, I got charged 813 $ to replace the alternator and the tie down for the battery (40$). I have no words to describe how I felt when they told me the price, I could not believe it.
I understand it is 128 $ per hr but the charge was to much. The worst thing about it is that you can not do anything about it. It is not fair. I will never set foot in this shop ever again.
