Friendly and helpful staff. Facility is clean and love the ability to unload and load indoors.

The staff is polite and they checked in on us to make sure we were OK, the facility is clean and so far the unit works for us.

Deceptive pricing ads! Cube smart offers 50% off and tells you in the ad that you are locked in at that rate for as long as needed. But this is not the truth! The truth is Cube smart can and will increase your rate at any time without notifying you! They claim it is all due to availability. So they drop prices to entice you in, then turn around and double the price! That's bad business in my eyes!

Outstanding customer service from Denise and Michelle. Clean secure facility. Highly recommend!

The main gate was out of service on several occasions. They raised our rates several times to the point of it being nearly twice as much as when we first signed up. Several times other customers would completely block entry with their vehicles and belongings. Reached out to customer service several times to express my frustrations with the facility but never got a response.

Store manager Steve signed me in, showed me the unit first, explained all processes in great detail, was friendly, courteous and completely business-like, even when another potential client arrived.

Triple congratulations and approval to Cube Smart, indoor, climate controlled Self Storage "Unit Verse"! Hands down, by far, a quantum leap leader in the Self Storage Industry.

No matter the outdoor conditions, winter, spring, summer, or fall, customers can drive into the expansive, one story building and load or unload their worldly goods and possessions, hassle free! No sweat and no frostbitten fingers or toes. Pets can remain comfortable inside your vehicle, too!

Cube Smart's unit rate is also competitive, and there's a clean restroom on site, complimenting the cleanliness of its interior.

The former Lycoming Mall Macy's is where Muncy/Montoursville Cube Smart is located where I chose to do business.

The experts at their call center are well versed, and the same knowledge is rendered on site by General Manager Denise and Asst. Store Manager Michelle.

Those gals are great and know what they're doing. Ask them all your questions about storage, and they'll share the answers in strict confidentiality if others are present.
They're customer friendly and welcoming. Just great people in this people to people business!

Finally, Cube Smart offers space up to 10' x 40' with 8' mesh ceilings. Access is gained via your own personally assigned digital code, and the state of the art facility has round the clock video surveillance, helping to keep you, your possessions, their staff, and property safe. A vast parking lot allows door walk-in via code. Entrance is granted at 6 am through 10 pm, every day. But you can't live there!

I am pleased and delighted with Cube Smart! As a published Author, "The Adventures of Prissy and Missy" (tm) Exciting and Sophisticated Children's Book Series, the 1st 3 stories found on Spotify and other major audiobook platforms. I even wrote a CubeSmart Jingle!

Very quick and easy process for getting the correct size climate controlled storage unit for my needs. Denise and Michelle were very pleasant and helped me out with everything. (Including keeping my little girl entertained while I filled out my information. Lol)
Denise walked me out through so I could see the unit myself before confirming on the size. I decided that was not the one for me and she was more than happy to show me other units.
I highly recommend coming to Cubesmart Self Storage and speaking to Denise or Michelle to get yourself a storage unit!

I love how the locks are provided for the doors and how easy it is for entering and exiting the facility.

One floor climate controlled storage with multiple entrences that cen be opened through the app or with personalized code.

The unit was easily accessible and temperature controlled which was great for our needs. Just make sure you get a unit close to a light so you can navigate your way through your unit without a flashlight.

Denise was very pleasant and helped us out with everything. I highly recommend coming to Cubesmart Self Storage and having Denise get you a storage unit of your own

I was not aware that renting a unit for my son when moving out of college for the summer. The space was a perfect size.

Attention ladies! Had an encounter with an aggressive male so please consider bringing a male with you if possible. All these units are inside an enclosed building so it’s not as easy or fast to get away from someone. Drove my car through the loading door since I had my car filled with boxes to move into my unit. It was my first time doing this so I stopped for a second to see if there was anywhere to park my car for loading that was not directly in front of other peoples units. There is not. The loading lanes are directly in front of other units so if someone comes that has one of these units you could be blocking them from accessing it. Anyways this male in a truck followed my car in and yelled at me when I stopped (I was going to ask the lady working who happened to be where we were about the loading lane situation). I immediately drove out and parked in another parking lot for 30 minutes to hopefully insure he was no longer there before going back to store my boxes. If I didn’t already pay for my unit I would be looking for another storage company. If you don’t need a climate controlled space for your belongings maybe consider a place where the units are outside.

Never had a problem. From at the Muncy location. Staff is nice and friendly. Other people who give them neg reviews. They can get some ignorant people and just to make them look bad. I give them a 5 star.

I don't see this as farewell but rather as a good transition to now storage my items in my own setting. However, I want to thank you for letting me store my belongings until this good transition/ change happened. Thanks again, for the staff that were professional and worked well with me during this transition

This place is really neat. Drive in drop off area and climate controlled. Really good ambiance!
