I had to have my lines bleached today in my house because I have very hard water. Tom was sent out to do this and he was absolutely wonderful very professional, considerate, explained everything to me on what he was doing. I own a business myself and if Tom was my employee I would be very happy with his professionalism he showed today.

Just moved into a home that had no soft water. Our soap wouldn't even lather up. Went to Culligan and bought their best unit. They were here quickly and did the install in a short time. I had soft water within a few hours and saw bubbles for the first time since moving in. Hard to leave the shower now.

I can't recommend Culligan enough! I've had their water filter at my kitchen sink for the past two years. In that time, I've noticed a huge change in the taste of coffee/tea and homemade meals (from cooking with the water). I've also stopped using plastic bottles, and have definitely saved time and money since the filters only need replaced once a year. The customer services is fantastic too. Highly recommended!

I've been dealing with Culligan for years. Pretty much since I moved into my house 9 years ago. The first 6 months of service wasn't bad but it's been a nightmare. Constant issues with the tanks freezing up, issues with smell and delivery. Prices change every 5 minutes. Pathetic. Again dealing with another issue of having a tank exchanged, i am set up to call when I'm ready to do my exchange, however I was contacted on may 8th letting me know someone would be in the area on the 12th so I did what I needed to do and I even called them back on Monday to confirm and she confirmed with me as well but no one showed up. Now I have to wait for the manager to call me back pathetic
