Culligan Water is an amazing company that solved our issue with lead in city water. Every month a guy shows up, extremely accommodating and smiling. Say hi if you want, and he'll put the jugs wherever you need them. And we've never had a problem with the water. The only reason you wouldn't choose Culligan is because you waited too long and there's too much lead in your brain.

A few months ago I had a pretty extensive Culligan system installed. I have well water and my old water filtration system just wasn’t cutting it. Even with the old system I was left with iron/rust stains on appliances and clothing. I knew I had to turn to Culligan. I had a softener, RO & chlorination system installed in April and I couldn’t be happier. From the initial visit all the way to the install - everything was top notch! Amy, Don, Phil & the whole crew were incredible to work with. I would recommend Culligan to anyone who needs help with their water! Don’t hesitate, Call Culligan of Pittsburgh today. I’ve had Culligan for years, they have made my water wonderful. Used to be a rusty mess. My hair is softer, skin is better. They have excellent customer service. We bought our water softener from them and one day a power surge blew our power board. And over the years of not having a service appointment other things were messed up and the repair man fixed all those things too! But because they didn’t have the power board on them that day they didn't charge us for another service appointment the next day. Delivery people are nice and set the salt where I prefer:) you can’t go wrong with Culligan!

The water is amazing. We can no longer drink other water happily. We usually take water bottles of our Culligan water with us wherever we go.

I love the quality of the products. Your service techs always answer our questions and address any problems, which we do not need addressed very often. The soft water saves us money and the clean drinking water is pure and so much better than bottled water.

Scheduling online was very easy. Person who came to install new filters - sorry I forgot his name - was great. Also I want to shout out Cameron who came a year ago to do the initial installation. He was awesome, too!

Excellent experience followed by excellent results. Before I get into the system details I want to highlight the service folks we dealt with because they made the whole process a breeze!

They sent Don for the sales side of it. Don is top notch. Very informative, not the least bit pushy, and super helpful deciding what you should and shouldn't do. I don't know the rest of the salesmen at Culligan, but if you want a good sales experience, ask for Don and I guarantee you'll get it.

Danny, the installer is a machine. Danny got the job done in half the time we were quoted it would take which worked out perfect for me because I had a tight schedule that day. Danny is an artist in his work. As a commercial piping designer myself, I can tell you first hand that there are two types of pipers/plumbers. Good and bad. Pipe is pipe, it doesn't matter what system we're talking about, it's all about the piper. Danny is one you want installing piping in your house. He's pushing 30 years with Culligan, he best be getting some type of bonus.

Our well water was so hard before deciding to get a softener through Culligan. It was leaving hardness stains all over our sinks, giving us a constant battle against dandruff because of how hard it dries your scalp, and definitely wasn't drinkable. Culligan fixed all of that up for us. We got a softener that showed immediate results in the hardness. Man, that first shower with the new water was heavenly. Finally shut the wife up about it ;). We also got a reverse osmosis system that fits nicely under the sink to replace the very costly water bottles we've been buying since we bought our house. We love the taste now, and the system will pay itself off without the cost of the 5 gallon water bottles (plus the damn hassle of getting them).

Only regret I have is not getting this system put in sooner! Thank you Culligan!

Efficient and very diligent. I tried to research different home water filtration systems myself and it was not as easy as I thought. When Culligan Water came out to test my water, they answered all my questions and more. Very nice and informative and the install process was very seamless as well. I am very happy with my water filtration system and had a great experience!

We recently started getting our deliveries with Culligan
We contacted Culligan to see if somebody would come out & help check on our whole house water system to be assured it was working properly
They did some testing & insured us our old system was working just fine (did not talk us into their own whole house system). They did introduce us to the kitchen sink filtration system to further inhance the quality of our water
We went ahead with it as they put a drinking water spout beside my main sink water. They also ran the line to my ice maker of which we NEVER used since we didn’t trust our water
BUT NOW! It has been a life changer!
We love love our water now & We have an ice maker! All these years of making ice cube tray’s from bottled water! Who does that? Us! That’s who! Well no longer I tell you!

Culligan is a great business for purifying the water we get from the faucet. Each year, once installed, they come to your home to check out the filters in the purification system. The water is better tasting and much healthier than plain faucet water.
