The place is very well set up. The plants are on display on two floors with a variety that is very impressive. The service is spectacular and incredibly knowledgeable. The prices are very reasonable. I do have one issue, and it is that I can't have my partner go by herself because she will buy everything. I highly recommend this place that is tucked in a neighborhood that needs more places like this.

Best plant store! Cultivaire has a great selection of plants/pots and the owners and staff are super nice and helpful. Almost all my plants are from Cultivaire and they have lasted a very long time (they survive!). The plants are unique, trendy and affordable. I highly recommend this plant store.

One of my favorite plant shops in Philly! The owner is super nice and helpful. Half of my house plants are from here (the other half, Stump) and they’re all doing well and happy & healthy! The plants are big and luscious but they’ve also got tons of cute small ones.

Highly recommended. Great variety of plants.

Wonderful plant shop. I stopped in on my lunch break and was able to find a few plants that I wanted. I noticed that the plants were organized based on type of plant that made it easy for me to choose a plant. There are two floors of plants, the lower level were plants that did not require as much light.

The plants looked very healthy and well cared for. There were a great selection seeing that the shop is not that big. I really liked that they also sold plant cuttings, in galas bulbs. While I recommend this shop, I did find that the prices were a tab bit higher that some of the big box stores or larger nurseries, which is understandable since this is more like a boutique shop. In addition, the woman who was in the shop was very friendly and helpful. Great experience.

Love this plant store. Their downstairs area is filled with plants that do well in low light. And they have a lot of cute planters you can pick from around the store. They helped me decide on a plant too. Definitely coming back here for my next one!

This place is awesome! They did a fantastic job designing the space and there are two levels of beautiful plants with a very nice selection of more unique and rare varieties that really add something special to your space and will have your guests asking; "Wow, that plant is so cool and unique! " The prices are also very reasonable considering the more rare varieties they offer. They definitely do not overprice their products which also was so refreshing! Prices are extremely reasonable. I hesitated to go here for almost a year, thinking a speciality plant shop like this would be pricey.but it was not whatsoever. The owner and staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable and will guide you to select a plant that works best in your space, budget and educate you on how high maintenance the plant might or might not be. Cultivare also has an inviting no pressure environment and they do not try to push products onto you to purchase, which was very refreshing and professional. Such a great plant shop. Great owner and staff. Check it out! Also a fantastic place to get unique and thoughtful housewarming or hosting gifts. Go here! It is worth the distance to travel from other city neighborhoods. A+

I love that this plant store is nearby! The staff was friendly and the plants are well cared for. Before coming here, I had plant clippings in mugs throughout my house. I now have these beautiful glass decorative vases for my plant clippings. Not only do I get to see these clippings take root and grow, but everyone who joins me on Zoom calls sees it behind me! Cultivaire is worth a spot on your “To do list. ”

I LOVE this store. The owners are incredibly helpful and will help you find just the right plant. And their new location is absolutely beautiful! Looking forward to supporting this local spot for a long time. (Might need a bigger place for all my plants.)

Hands down the BEST plant store throughout the Philadelphia area!

Located not far from the Philadelphia zoo in Brewerytown.this place is a MUST VISIT for anyone interested in house plants. While no "expert" myself, my Wife was absolutely thrilled at their selection. What I can say with certainty is the store is one of the nicest I have been to.bright, well laid out and immaculately clean.

We were already blown away by their selection when the lady working the store informed us there was another whole level downstairs which held plants that didn't require as much light. WOW! You mean there's more!? Yep! My wife darn near lost her mind as we browsed the lower level selection.

Not just plants but everything else you could possibly need was there.

Something else I'd like to point out was how friendly and helpful the lady was.wish I would have gotten her name because we truly appreciated her friendliness and help. Having a "nice" store is one thing.that's the "easy" part.but having someone like her (clearly into her job) in my opinion sets this store apart as she helped us with all our questions.

What I appreciated the most was something alot of stores have trouble understanding. There is a fine line between wanting to be helpful and not letting the customer shop. More often then not, we have been in stores (especially the smaller boutique type) where the owner/clerk just "follows" us around pointing this and that out. Look, I get it.they might just be trying to help (or wanting you to buy something more?) but nobody feels comfortable with that! Trust me, if we had a question, we'd ask.

That's where this store nailed it. After she greeted us (another rarity as of late, especially in Philly) she let us browse uninterrupted. I thought for certain we were going to be "followed" downstairs. Nope! We were free to do our thing. Much appreciated!

Her help (when WE were ready, lol) was perfect. My wife said she learned some tips/tricks and I could tell she was happy talking with her. Bottom line on the staff part. PERFECT!

Finally.a word on pricing. Even if all the above is as perfect as it was.if your prices are too high, your not going to last. Sure, you may have a few clients with deep pockets who don't care but for the rest of us, we will move along. Walking in we figured "here we go, another overpriced store". SO not the case! Everything we looked at (and ultimately purchased) was very reasonable.especially considering the variety, size and health of the plants.and while we "get it", stores (especially now) have to make as much as possible.its these reasonable prices that not only prompted us to buy more but is the reason we will ABSOLUTELY return.

So thank you CULTIVAIRE for a wonderful shopping experience! We can't recommend you enough and will be back asap!

I have never written a review before but had to for this store because I want them to be so loved & supported! The owners were helpful and the prices were *so* affordable, I genuinely couldn’t believe it. They’re taking COVID very seriously and I felt safe shopping there. Support this local business if you’re able!
