I’m not sure what was so funny to Jordan when I advised that my mother was not returning home from a fall. I advised that she was in a long term facility and can not live alone. I don’t find that very funny. Very poor customer service!
Speedy Contact! This afternoon I received several disturbing phone calls from a Washington, D. C.phone number. This was unlike other scam calls I have received in the past, because of their rapid persistence. When I called this agency to get their advice, I did not have to wait for a long list of menu choices, as is the norm these days. A woman quickly picked up my call and assured me that this is just another scam. Cumberland County Department of Aging and Community Services, thank you so much!
