The furnace install guys came a few minutes early, got right to work explaining everything and kept me updated on their progress. They were polite and professional and did a great job of cleaning up after themselves. Very satisfied.

We lost heat on the coldest weekend of the year so far. Cunningham Shanor came to the rescue! They came quickly and tried to repair it but it was very old. However, they were able to install a new furnace in one day and were priced very reasonably. From the owner of Cunningham Shanor to all of the technicians, kudos for running an outstanding operation. Your hard efficient work was greatly appreciated in the middle of this cold spell. Thanks so much!

I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Cunningham Shanor. I had a problem with a water leak at a joint in the flue pipe of my furnace. "The Other Furnace People" that advertise one hour - were unable and unwilling to do the job in a timely manor (weeks to wait) and 2 trips that did not solve the problem. I called Cunningham Shanor explained the problem and they got me in same day. They sent their tech Braedon out who diagnosed the problem quickly and replaced what needed replaced, he was very professional and did an excellent job. The cost was very reasonable, I will not hesitate to call them again if needed I highly recommend them.

Snag free experience from start to finish. Braedon was at the door in record time and finished his work quickly, and receptionist Brittney was very helpful as well. I was made aware of arrival time through text and tech was right on time. Reasonable cost for services. Very pleased!

Woke up to a very cold house on a very frigid day. After calling another heating/cooling business and being told that they could not come to my home today, I called Cunningham Shanor. The person that answered the phone was friendly and polite. She said we will get someone out there this morning. Zac, the technician, promptly arrived and he quickly diagnosed the problem. Unfortunately, the necessary part needed to get the furnace working again was in a location about 30 minutes away. He told me that another technician by the name of C. J.would pick up the part and install it for me shortly. C. J.showed up and got my furnace running and heat flowing! Both technicians were kind, courteous and got the job done quickly! I had heat well before lunch time! Thanks to everyone at Cunningham Shanor for doing a great job! I will be calling them for any and all future needs!

As always, cannot say enough good things about this company and its people! Super responsive and capable and pleasant to work with; it's a relief to have them available when I have a situation to deal with. If I had 3 thumbs they would all be up.

Technicians were all very professional. From the technician who came to do the replacement estimate, to the individuals who came to do the installation. The price was quite reasonable and they all did an exceptional job! The installers took great care not to damage anything in or to the house itself, when they removed the old furnace and brought the new unit in. When they finished, the installation was clean, neat and most importantly, fully functional. I would highly recommend Cunningham Shanor for any furnace replacement job. CJ was polite and professional. He informed me thoroughly what was going one and was understanding of my financial situation. CJ informed ua ofnthe high levels of carbon monoxide and his info explained a lot of issues we were having with our health. Less than 24 hours after I called I had a safe function furnace. Service Tech was extremely competent and thorough. Made sure that new WiFi Thermostat was working properly via internet.

Brandon called back promptly to my after hours call about our furnace not working. He was only at our house for 2 hours and had the problem solved and fixed! Brandon was efficient, kind, funny, thorough, and helpful. He answered all of our questions and even took time to teach my kids a few things they were interested in. We are so thankful for his visit tonight!
