The office is always ready for us and they woke with my kids to get them checked out and set up for another 6 months.

I have brought my children to Dr. Cupelli since they were babies. The front office staff is so friendly and helpful! Yvonne is always so pleasant and nice! We are very happy with this office!

I am so disappointed with the office staff and the doctor. I have three children! We have been with Dr. Cupelli for 14 years! Recently, my husband lost his job from Covid and I was in a car accident limiting my hours! He recently got a new job and we waited the three months for insurance. Our children's six month appointment was scheduled today and we were so glad that we could could keep our appointment and provide them with the new dental insurance card! My husband actually emailed the insurance company this morning to make sure everything would be ok and the insurance provider provided him with what he needed to give to the doctors office. We got the kids out of school 15 to 20 minutes early because we live 25 minutes away. We drove to the office and provided them with the new insurance card. The office staff proceeded to tell us that they called the number on the card, and couldn't find any of our children on record.
Also, first let me preface this by stating that two of my children have severe anxiety already! They tell my husband that he should try to call and see if he can get a hold of someone because there is nothing they can do at the moment. We have now been sitting in the waiting room for about 15 minutes and my son is getting very anxious and physically sick by the minute from his nerves! I go through my email and find what I'm looking for and I go up to the window and show them my husband's benefits and the dental package that the company has sent to him justifying his benefits!
The office staff was incredibly rude, they basically would not go out of their way to help us in anyway to make sure that my children could be seen now with their appointments! We also had to make the.six months in advance! They office staff proceeded to make us sit in the waiting room until we got an answer back from our insurance company.
In the meantime, we finally get a hold of someone on the phone and we then go to the front desk and they told us we were too late now!
They finally tell us after 20 minutes and all of this time wasted that we could pay out of pocket, which we would have done originally or at least until someone from the insurance company returned their call! But they wanted payment up front even though we would have given them our credit card info just in case!
They then tell us it was too late and they could maybe take two out of the three kids because they needed to leave by 5 o'clock and they have another person coming in. They said they just couldn't accommodate all three and we would have to make another appointment and come back! This is completely unacceptable especially being a pediatric dentistry!
The way we were treated and how smug and cruel they were especially in front of my three children is completely unacceptable!
Needless to say, we will not be going back there ever again! I truly hope no one ever has to deal with something like this even during this pandemic and already stressful time! I hope no one has to experience the humiliation, panic and inhumane experience that my three children had to witness today! When our world is already a scary place and you try to teach children to see the good in everyone especially with Doctor's and we as adults try to model that behavior to our children, it's times like this, it makes me absolutely sick that our children are seeing how cruel and mean adults can be!
I am absolutely appalled with Dr. Cupelli's office staff's child like behavior, their inability to accommodate my and my children's needs and their non professional manner!
Dr. Cupelli never made an appearance either and I am sure I was heard!

By far, the best dentist in Pittsburgh. The staff is more than caring, everyone works together to make sure you're well taken care of. Your smile is their top priority. To anyone that is looking for a trusting and hard working group of dentists.go to Dr. Cupelli!

A really great experience for a first time visit for my one year old. The staff was patient and kind to her. They went above and beyond to make her comfortable.

I have been going to this group for a few years now. It is a clean office and the staff are really friendly and kind. I used to see Dr. Kristy but now see her husband Dr. Alfred Cupelli. He will spend more time with you and explain all aspects and believes in quality over quantity. I have noticed she tends to rush her visits and the quality care is not where it should be. For example, I had a cavity filled and she left the wooden wedge in the drilled out space and ended up closing with the wedge still in. This error was probably due to the volume of patients she sees. I have overheard her speaking about dropping insurance companies due to poor reimbursement, which is not what patients want to hear. I was terrified my daughter would scream bloody murder but both women who worked on her were so amazing and accommodating! My daughter loves the dentist and can’t wait to go back due to her amazing first experience here! I will recommend them to anyone who asks!
