Good place, the waiting room is ridiculous though idk who designed the floor plan when the place was converted but it's laughable.

Always have a wide selection and good deals. It always seems like the price I’m quoted online is never the price I’m charged in store, however.

As a long time medical card holder, I wanted to help my son's mother with her first experience. She is partially blind and suffers from extreme social anxiety. This location gave me a hard time because I didn't order anything and still came inside. To the extent of walking out to the lobby with us and telling the check in employee to not allow that again.
We just left Vytal options doing the same thing and they were the most caring and helpful staff, polar opposite of Curaleaf. Vytal even gave me points for bringing someone AND being such a helpful person.
Curaleaf just lost both of our business plus everyone else we talk to, way to go guys!

On Christmas Eve, this store was offering four Tahiti Lime 7g blades for $135. My husband ordered online. They only gave us four 3.5g blades.but for the same price. Called and spoke to the manager today who said they ran out of Tahiti Lime on Christmas Eve (that was news to us) and that that's what we ordered. My husband said we ordered the sale. We wouldn't have bought it if we hadn't thought we were getting a full ounce. Well, screw us, I guess, because she wouldn't do anything for us. Now I'm out that money and I only have half of what I was expecting. A really disappointing experience. They never would have done that at Lebanon Curaleaf, where we used to go.

Great awesome staff, love the atmosphere, Lancaster, Pa, Manheim Pike, excellent staff again thank you, it took my chronic pain away, and gastroperis symptoms including nausea. I can't than you all again.

New customer, and the woman in the front did not give off a friendly vibe. It was though she didn't want to be there. Her Hoodie was far down on her head and she had a mask on.inside was ok. Not friendly at all like other places I've been.

Ive never had a bad experience here! I love most of the dispensaries in lancaster but the people who work here make the visit worth it every time! I strongly recommend asking stephanie for any recommendations on strains, or devices. She hooks me up with great stuff every time. Not to mention theres almost always a 30%+ sale going on, today i got a quarter for only 42 bucks! Strongly reccomend, i wish i could give 6 stars!

Outstanding service from the staff. Alex and budtender helped me choose what I was looking for and at the end Alex ran up to me to hand me my cards I left behind l. I’m grateful for that as he uses a cane for assistance walking. And he was still smiling and nice. Highly recommend here

I’ve been to MANY MANY dispensaries in the area and while all have been good, tonight, I stopped in to pick up an order and had the pleasure of being helped by Alex. He was a wealth of knowledge and answered all of my questions! I was blown away by his knowledge!

Was told i couldn't park in customer parking area when there was an empty lot so i lefand went to THE APOTHECARIUM. Better prices, friendly staff and you can park in front of store

I come to this location very often and I am ALWAYS impressed with the friendliness of the staff. Jarred told me about the Cliq Pods and had he not, I never would have found my new favorite product! My favorite dispensary! They make you feel welcome from the first visit. Everyone is super nice and helpful, but Lynzie in particular was amazing with finding discounts and promos for me I’d missed. She’s also very kind and knowledgeable, as is their whole staff. They also take CanPay which makes things so easy and avoids ATM fees and carrying cash. A friend recommended Curaleaf to me and they’re always my first recommendation to others.
